Objective:By observing prediabetic exercises Shaolin Neigong1time,2times,3times walking and control five different clinical efficacy methods of pre-diabetes to explore the treatment of Shaolin Neigong characteristics of pre-diabetes.By observing the number of pre-diabetes to practice a different number of Shaolin Neigong to explore the dose-effect relationship.Method:(1)Select a total of50cases of pre-diabetes were randomly divided into group Shaolin Neigong1time group,2times group,3times group, walking group and control group, each group had10cases.Control group:subjects volunteers to maintain the original way of life, do not allow participate in any exercise prescription. Walking Group:requires volunteers tested two times daily walks. Shaolin Neigong group:the volunteers were asked subjects performed Shaolin Neigong one time a day, two times a day and three times a day. The walking group asked the volunteers to walk for at least five days per week, exercise period of three consecutive months. Respectively, before and after3months of treatment, the blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin, insulin were tested and monitoring the change of SF-36scores, and the resulting parameters in each group were analyzed.(2) Shaolin Neigong group one time, two times, three times a group to analyze its activity relationship after the end of treatment.Result:(1)5groups prediabetes patients before and after three months of fasting blood glucose, Shaolin Neigong and walking groups fasting blood glucose were significantly lower compared with3months ago(P<0.01);3months after the fasting blood glucose data comparison shows that, compared with the control group, the fasting blood glucose of Shaolin Neigong3times group, Shaolin Neigong2times group, walking group were significantly lower (P<0.05);Three months after5groups prediabetes’2-hour post prandial glucose comparison, Shaolini Neigong and walking groups blood glucose lowering effect was significantly(P<0.01).Three months after the2-hour post prandial glucose, compared with the control group, Shaolin Neigong groups, walking group2-hour post prandial blood glucose were significantly lower(P<0.01),with a very statistically significant. In the2-hour post prandial blood glucose on the degree of improvement, compared with the control group, ShaolinNeigong group, walking group were significantly lower(P<0.05).Compared with the Shaolin Neigong1times group, the extent of Shaolin Neigong3times groups reduce significantly(P<0.05).(2)5groups prediabetes patients’glycated hemoglobin data compare with3months before, only HbAlC of group A significantly lower(P<0.05), with statistical significance; Three months later, compared with the control group in HbA1C, only Shaolin Neigong2times group were significantly lower(P<0.05);on the degree of improvement, compared with the control group, A group of HbA1C improvement was significantly greater than the E group(P<0.05).(3)5groups patients’ fasting insulin data compare with3months before, A group, B group, D group was significantly lower (P<0.05), with statistical significance;3months later the prediabetic patients with fasting insulin data comparison showed that, compared with the control group, each group comparison showed no statistically significant (P>0.05); on the degree of improvement, ompared with the control group, each group comparison showed no statistically significant (P>0.05).(4)5groups patients’PCS data compares with3months before, Shaolin Neigong3times group,2times group and walking group was statistically significant (P<0.05);3months later the PCS of the5groups were relatively not statistically significant(P>0.05).The degree of improvement in the PCS, compared with the control group, A group, B group, C group, D group the degree of improvement in the PCS were significantly higher than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);Conclusion:Shaolin Neigong in controlling fasting glucose,2-hour post prandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin has some effect, and can increase insulin sensitivity, improve the quality of life in patients with prediabetes. Shaolin Neigong and prediabetes there is a certain amount of effect relationship in the treatment. Shaolin Neigong exercises three times a day,for the adjuvant treatment of prediabetes effect is most obvious.
