Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and complications ofhematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT)in the treatment of acutemyeloid leukemia(AML).Methods Collecting the clinical data of42patients with acutemyeloid leukemia who received HSCT from January2007to July2013inour hospital and analyzing the data retrospectively. There were16cases ofauto-HSCT,26cases of allo-HSCT,including6cases ofhaploidentical-HSCT.Results39patients acquired hemapoietic reconstruction, the mediantime of neutrophil(ANC)recovery up toï¹¥0.5x109/Lã€platelet(PLT)﹥20x109/L were11d and13.5d respectively. The total cases of acute andchronic graft versus host disease(aGVHD and cGVHD) were3and7,4cases of fungal infection,7cases of hemorrhagic cystitis.9cases died ofrelapse,24patients are disease-free survival(DFS),the rate of overallsurvival (OS) and DFS is59.5%and57.1%.The efficacy betweenauto-HSCT and allo-HSCT showed no significant difference. Conclusions Allo-HSCT is the effective treatment of AML,withthe progress of stem cell transplantation,auto-HSCT and haploidenticalHSCT are recommendable choice in case of having no HLA identicaldonors. |
