| Objectives:Retrospectively analysis the patients of closed calcaneal fractures in Second XiangYa Hospital of Central South University in the past five years to investigate the factors that may affect the wound complications after operation, and help reference the incidence of wound complications after operation.Method:Retrospective study110cases126feet of patients from Department of orthopedics Second XiangYa Hospital of Central South University September2008to October2013. All patients were treated with lateral ankle fracture operation incision with L-type approach. The time of follow-up was12.8±4.7months (6months to48months). We collected information by preoperative and postoperative observation and follow-up, which was analyzed with ANOVA.Results:According to the statistics of software SPSS, the factors gender, age, drinking, smoking, tourniquet time, blood pressure, artificial materials used, operation time had no statistical significance (P>0.05),The falling height, time from injury to operation is statistically significant.(P <0.05).Conclusion:l.The fall height are the influencing factors of wound complications following operation of closed calcaneal fracture.2.the time from injury to the execution time are the influencing factors of wound complications following operation of closed calcaneal fracture. |
