Objective:Objective:To observe the effects of preoperative autologous blood dontion on cellular immunity function in patients with colorectal cancer in perioperative period. Method:The research upon the approval of the hospital ethics committee, the patients sign the informed consent in the preoperative.Forty ASA â… ï½žâ…¡ paitents with colorectal cancer were involved in our study., including male16, female24cases, aged49-65,46-85kg of body mass, Hb>120g/L, Hct>0.35, no endocrine and immune disease, there is no history of radiotherapy, chemotherapy and hormonal therapy. All the patients were randomly divided into two groups:prestorage autologus blood transfusion group(group P,n=20), homologous transfusion group(group H,n=20).400ml blood was sampled in one week before surgery in group P, then stored in blood bank special refrigerator.2u (400ml) red blood cell suspensions was matched for every patient in group H preoperatively. All the blood were then infused after the completion of hemostasis. Detection method:At the time of before anesthesia induction, one day before blood transfusion and five days safter surgery, the number of the T lymphocyte subsets CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ratio and NK cells in peripheral vein were measured by flow cell sorter.Result:The number of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+and NK cells before blood transfusion significantly decreased than before anesthesia induction, but there was no statistically significant difference quantitybetween before anesthesia and before blood transfusion。At one day after surgery, the index continued to decline in group H,while began to recover in group P.However, the index were still lower than baseline (P<0.05).At five-day postoperatively, the index recoverd to the level before anesthesia induction in group P, while continued to decrease in group H. Conclusion:The preoperative autologous blood dontion can improve the function of cellular immunity in patients with colorectal cancer in perioperative period. |
