Study On The Syndrome And Medicine Law Of RSA Based On Modern Literature

Background: Repeated Spontaneous Abortion(RSA)is the clinical common disease of departmentof gynecology，and the incidence was5%,bring to patients with serious mental and physical damage..Modern medicine for the treatment of RSA is no ideal,but traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) onsyndrome differentiation and treatment of RSA has good curative effect and unique advantage.Inclinical practice traditional Chinese medicine treatment of RSA curative effect.Due to the overallconcept is one of the characteristics of TCM,and it pays attention to the influence of externalenvironment on the human body.The understanding of disease syndromes of traditional Chinesemedicine is dynamic.We need on the basis of inheriting predecessors’ experience, combined withthe current clinical practice, to deepen the understanding of disease.And at present,theunderstanding of RSA syndrome still exist many problems worth exploring and hard work.So toexplore TCM method has practical significance for the treatment of recurrent miscarriage.Thispaper with RSA syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine treatment for twoaspects as the breakthrough point,through the study of modern literature to explore thedisease.Specific as follows:Research one:Research on the laws of RSA syndromeObjective:To evaluate the syndrome law of RSA,deepen the understanding of the essence of thesyndrome.To facilitate more comprehensive and more accurate grasp of traditional Chinesemedicine method for the treatment of the disease. Provide a basis for optimizing the TCM clinicaldiagnosis and treatment of the disease.Methods:By retrieving between January2000and December2000in China National KnowledgeInfrastructure, Chongqing Chinese journal VIP database and Wanfang data related to discuss RSAetiology and pathogenesis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine theory of literature andclinical literature.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,screen literatures.Tomeet the requirements for the center with syndrome is extracted.Input information into thecomputer entry Excel table for statistical data analysis.Literature inclusion criteria:(1)The theory of TCM etiology and pathogenesis of recurrent miscarriage literature; (2)Traditional Chinese medicine literature in the clinical treatment of recurrent miscarriage(clinical randomized controlled studies, case reports);Literature exclusion criteria:(1) Literature and case report;(2)Into the study of hybrid, including patients with threatened abortion (abortionpatients prior tothe occurrence of0or1) of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion, not separate statisticalanalysis;(3)There is no clear dialectical or therapeutic literature;(4)Stage to contend for, not only clear recurrent abortion in a dialectical or therapeutic literature.Results:The data of syndrome types of RSA revealed it is mixed with asthenia syndrome andsthenia syndrome,the deficiency syndrome is the majority of clinical syndrome of RSA,and thedistribution is scattered.The main TCM syndrome types are weak spleen and kidney syndrome, qiand blood deficiency syndrome,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,kidney deficiencysyndrome,deficiency of kidney qi,blood stasis syndrome, blood heat syndrome,yin deficiency andblood heat syndrome and so on.The disease location centered on kidney, spleen.The nature of thedisease include deficiency syndrome, qi deficiency, blood stasis,blood deficiency,heatsyndrome,yin deficiency,yang deficiency and so on.Conclusion:The clinical syndrome of RSA is complex and varied,mixed with asthenia syndromeand sthenia syndrome,centered on deficiency syndrome.The law of syndrome reflects its basicpathogenesis is asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality and intermingled deficiency andexcess.Research two:Research on the laws of RSA syndromeObjective:To analyze and investigate the rules for drug utilization of Chinese medicine for thetreatment of RSA.Methods:By electronic retrieving between January2000and December2000in China NationalKnowledge Infrastructure, Chongqing Chinese journal VIP database and Wangfang data,to find theliterature of randomized controlled trial related to the Chinese medicine treatment of RSA.Screenthe literature according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,evaluate qualitativelystudies of meet the requirements.And then summarized and discussed the rule for drug utilization.Literature inclusion criteria:(1) Evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of recurrent abortion efficacy and safetyof literature;(2) The study of randomized controlled trials, not qualified to describe random method, the author mentioned "random" are included in the literature, control measures including modern medicaltreatment and placebo; Traditional Chinese medicine ingredients complete;(3)The treatment group of not less than20cases.Literature exclusion criteria:(1)The control measures for other traditional Chinese medicine, medicine clinical researchliterature;(2) Only for pregnancy conditioning treatment.Results:In total,18papers were selected,involving23recipes,73kinds of Chinese medicine,drugutilization of341times.Herbs for nourishing yang,nourishing qi and nourishing blood were usedmore,accounting for21.76%,19.71%,13.53%respectively.The eight drugs with the hightest utilizedfrequency were Semen Cuscutae,Radix Dipsaci,Eucommia Ulmoides,Parasitic Loranthus,Large-Headed Atractylodes,Astragalus Membranaceus,Colla Asini,Prepared Rehmannia Root.The mostcommon used herb nature was warm.The five flavors centered on sweet.Meridian adscription ofthe drugs were mainly the Gan-meridian,and Shen-meridian is second,Pi-meridian is the third.Conclusion:The methodological quality of clinical research need to be improved.Herbs ofnourishing yang,nourishing qi and nourishing blood were used the most and Semen Cuscutae,Radix Dipsaci,Eucommia Ulmoides,Parasitic Loranthus,Large-Headed Atractylodes,AstragalusMembranaceus,Colla Asini,Prepared Rehmannia Root were used the most.
