The Clinical Study Of Huang Qi Liu Wei Di Huang And Si Jun Zi Decoction Treatment On The Type Of Spleen And Kidney Qi Deficiency Syndrome Of Chronic Renal Failure

Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect through theapplication of Huang Qi Liu Wei Di Huang and Si Jun Zi decoction in thetreatment of chronic renal failure with spleen and kidney deficiency type.Methods:1.The study observed60cases of chronic renal failure (includedcompensatory period, decompensation, failure stage) with spleen andkidney deficiency type in clinical.All60cases of patients with chronicrenal failure were randomly divided into treatment group and controlgroup,in which group included30cases and belongs to the type of spleenand kidney qi deficiency syndrome. Both of the group in the maintenanceof water and electrolyte balance, based on correction of anemia,antiinfection and symptomatic treatment,the treatment group was givencombined with Huang Qi Liu Wei Di Huang and Si Jun Zi decoction oraltreatment of TCM,the control group didn’t give TCM. Both of the groupwere treated for8weeks.There are no statistical difference in age,gender,disease duration,etc.2.To observe the change of laboratory indicators such as the renalfunction(Scr,Ccr,BUN),blood routine(WBC,RBC,Hb,PLT),then to compare thetreatment results and judge difference of the curative effect.3.To observe the changes of main symptoms before and after treatment in two groups,and symptom integral quantization,then analyzethe effect.Results:1.Comparison of the total clinical efficacy:compared thetreatment group to the control group in the total efficiency,thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the total effectiverate of treatment group is better than control group.2.The change in renal function and blood routine:aftertreatment,two groups had significant difference in improvement of renalfunction(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.The change of blood routine in hemoglobin, red blood cell, platelet,thecontrol group is significantly(P<0.05or P<0.01),and there was nosignificant difference between the two groups in white cells(P>0.05).3.Comparison of the total effect of TCM:aftertreatment,compared the total effect of TCM,the difference wasstatistically significance(P<0.05),the treatment group is better thanthe control group.4.Comparison of the efficacy of TCM symptoms:both of the twogroups can significantly improve the TCM symptoms after treatment,thetreatment group was more significant than the control group,and hedifference has statistically significant(P<0.05or P<0.01)),so thetreatment was better than the control group in change the TCM symptoms.5.Comparison of TCM syndromes:After the treatment of two casesof TCM syndrome total score than before treatment were decreased, and thetreatment group was better than control group.The two groups aftertreatment had significant difference(P<0.05).It shows that the treatmentgroup improved symptoms significantly compared with the control group.Conclusion:1.Huang Qi Liu Wei Di Huang and Si Jun Zi decoction cansignificantly improve patients in medical symptoms with spleen and kidneydeficiency type of chronic renal failure. 2.Huang Qi Liu Wei Di Huang and Si Jun Zi decoction can improvepatients with spleen and kidney deficiency type chronic renal failure ofkidney function effectively,and delay the progression of the disease.3.Huang Qi Liu Wei Di Huang and Si Jun Zi decoction can changethe state of anemia.of patients with spleen and kidney deficiency typeof chronic renal failure, increase red blood cells and hemoglobin level.4.Side effects and adverse reactions during treatment notfound.It shows Huang Qi Liu Wei Di Huang and Si Jun Zi decoction is safeand effective in treating chronic renal failure of spleen and kidneydeficiency type.
