To Observe The Clinical Efficacy Of Xiangqin Jiere Granule In The Treating Children With Fever

Purpost: To observe the clinical curative effect of xiangqin jiere granule in treating infantile cold and fever.Methods:124patients met the inclusion criteria of fever patients were randomlydivided into treatment group and control group with62cases in each group,the treatment group oral xiangqin jiere granule, control groupof oral ChaiGuituire granule. The course of treatment was2days,at the end of the treatment, using statistical software for data analysis and comparison of two groups oftemperature changes and symptom,symptom integral, to evaluate the effect.Results:1.Comparison of the efficacy of antipyretic two group: two groups after treatm-ent than before treatment temperature decreased, there was significant different-ce (P <0.01); comparison of temperature between the two groups after the treatment, the treatment group antipyretic efficacy than the control group (P <0.01).2.The antipyretic effect was compared between the two groups: the treatmentgroup than the control group efficacy of antipyretic effect, with significantdifference (P <0.05).3.Comparison of two groups: the treatment group the temperature fell tonorma-l body temperature dropped to normal curative effect is obviouslysuperior tothe control group, with significant difference (P <0.05).4.Comparison of two groups of temperature rise: two groups of children withcomplex temperature rise, pyretolysis and never rebound effect is better than the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). 5.Comparison of two groups during treatment temperature curve: the treatment group the cooling effect is better than the control group.6.Comparison of two groups of symptoms: two groups after treatment withsymptoms were mitigated or eliminated, with significant difference (P <0.05).
