Clinical Trials Of Modified Pulse Salvia Miltiorrhiza Soup To Treat The Patient With Lung Distension (Qi And Yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objectives:make an objective evaluation of Modified pulse salvia miltiorrhiza Souptreatment treatment for the Patients with lung distension.of qi and Yin deficiency andblood stasis syndromeMethod: According to the inclusion criteria, collected a total of66patients with lungdistension.They were divided into control group and treatment group,each group have33cases,both of which were given conventional western medicine treatment.Inaddition to, the treatment group was treated with salvia miltiorrhiza Soup.Course oftwo groups treatment are14days. Observation of clinical symptoms and liver andkidney function, laboratory parameters before and after treatment of two groups tomake safety and efficacy evaluation.Result:basic information: two groups of patients in the comparison of basicinformation such as gender, age, duration of the disease, pulmonary function (FEV1/FVC), NT-proBNP and TCM symptoms results were not significance (P>0.05),therefore can de considered as two groups of patients with before the basicinformation is no difference between comparade.(2)the TCM symptom:the symptom integral: two groups after treatment can beobviously improved in palpitations, fatigue, shortness of breath, sweating, edema,sweat out symptom score (P <0.01).Compared with The control group,The treatmentgroup was statistically significant,such as in breath, dry mouth symptoms (P <0.05). Comparison between groups after treatment, score in the palpitations, fatigue, chesttightness, asthma symptoms are significant difference (P <0.01).heart failure:compared before and after treatment the integral of curative effect decline,thedifference was no significant,but were within the normal range.(P>0.05).(3)serummarkers:points in the NT-proBNP, PH, P02, PCO2in the two groups of patients arebetter than before treatment, treatment group comparison before and after thedifference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Comparison between the NT-proBNP group after treatment, the result was statistically significant (P <0.05),treatment group curative effect is better than the control group. PH, P02, PCO2in bothgroups before treatment were improved, and the treatment group, all of the abovethree numerical improvement is better than that of control group, P <0.05. thedifference was statistically significant.(4) safety indicators: two groups of patientswith three conventional, electrocardiogram,liver and kidney function before and afterthe treatment were whthin the normal range.There were no adverse reaction and abvious side effect in clinical observation in14days.Conclusion: modified pulse salvia miltiorrhiza soup has good therapeutic effects andno toxic and side effect for the patient with lung distension(qi and Yin deficiency andblood stasis syndrome).
