| Objective:This paper analyzes the expressions in Human primary gastrointestinal lymphoma and its clinical significance of MMP-2ã€MMP-9and their inhibition factors TIMP-2ã€TIMP-1.It also describes the relationship in occurrence, development and transfer of matrix metalloproteinases and their inhibitors in Human primary gastrointestinal lymphoma.Methods:28cases of human primary gastrointestinal lymphoma tissue were taken from stomachã€small instine and colon of the third Affiliated Hospital of KumMing medical University. They are16males and12females, whose age30to79years old. All patients did not have merge connective tissue disease or any disease of the immune system and vital organs. These cases has no treatment of radiotherapy〠immunotherapyã€freezing and laser before surgery.There are28csses of inflammatory gastrointestinal tissues for comparison. SP method was adopted for the immunohistochemical detection,Then MMP-2ã€MMP-9and TIMP-2ã€TIMP-1positive expression rate,staining intensity and expression intensity in Human primary gastrointestinal lymphoma were recorded. At the same time,the results were compared with the control group.and the factor expression differences were also compared in the PGIL group and control guoup.Results: 1.The positive expression rates of MMP-2are79.6%in Human primary gastrointestinal lymphoma.The positive expression rates of normal gastrointestinal tract cell are0.00%. Comparing the positive expression rates of PGIL and inflammatory gastrointestinal tract tissue are statistically significant (P<0.05).2.The positive expression rates of MMP-9are100.0%in Human primary gastrointestinal lymphoma.The positive expression rates of inflammatory gastrointestinal tract cell are60.9%. Comparing the positive expression rates of PGIL and normal gastrointestinal tract tissue are statistically significant (P<0.05)3.The positive expression rates of TIMP-1are7.1%in Human primary gastrointestinal lymphoma. The positive expression rates of inflammatory gastrointestinal tract cell are0.00%. Comparing the positive expression rates of Human primary gastrointestinal lymphoma and normal gastrointestinal tract tissue are not statistically significant (P>0.05).4. The positive expression rates of TIMP-2are96.4%in Human primary gastrointestinal lymphoma. The positive expression rates of inflammatory gastrointestinal tract cell are82.2%. Comparing the positive expression rates of Human primary gastrointestinal lymphoma and normal gastrointestinal tract tissue are statistically significant (P<0.05)Conclusion:1.High expressions of MMP-2and MMP-9in the Human primary gastrointestinal lymphoma indicates that MMP-2and MMP-9are related to the occarance of Human primary gastrointestinal lymphoma;TIMP-2in Human primary gastrointestinal lymphoma show low expressions,indicating that TIMP-2inhibit the occarance of Human primary gastrointestinal lymphoma.2. MMPs is positively correlated with development of PGIL, and TIMPs is negatively correlated with the development of PGIL, therefore it may play an important role in invasion and metastasis of PGIL. |
