Background:Gastric cancer is one of the most main digestive tract tumor. With the in-depth study of gastric cancer, people related to cancer of the stomach proto-oncogenes^express products cancer gene have a thorough understanding. Human epidermal growth factor receptor2is a kind of proto-oncogenes, excessive expression of HER-2can make the abnormal signal transduction, so that the cells become cancerous、proliferation and inhibiting cell apoptosis. Gastric cancer tissues the expression of HER-2is excessive, these results can provide theoretical clues for receptor blockers of the HER-2in the application of gastric cancer.Purpose:This research mainly adopts the immunohistochemical method to detect expression of HER-2in gastric cancer tissues and normal tissues. To research and discuss the relationship between expression of HER-2and biological behaviors and pathological features, and hope it can provide scientific theoretical basis for the assessment of patients with gastric cancer and developing more scientific and effective treatment. Methods:Application immunohistochemistry assay,100cases of gastric cancer and30cases of normal gastric tissues of nanyang municipal central hospital in January2009-June2012data complete case was collectioned, and detect the expression of HER-2, using the SPSS17.0statistical software to analyze the related data, and uses the χ2test data, P<0.05said have significant differences, show the statistical significance.Results:(1)Expressive rate of HER-2in100cases of gastric cancer tissue was27%, and in30cases of normal tissue of the stomach was not detected the expression of HER-2(P <0.05):(2)In gastric cancer tissue expression of HER-2, expressive rate of HER-2with more than60years of age patients was23.8%, expressive rate of HER-2with less than or equal to60years of age patients was32.4%(p=0.384>0.05, X2=0.879); expressive rate of HER-2with men was22.5%, expressive rate of HER-2with women was37.9%(P=0.116>0.05,χ2=2.476); expression rate of HER-2in patients with gastric cardia department was47.6%, expression rate of HER-2in patients with gastric body sinus department was32.2%,(P=0.16>0.05, χ2=1.977); expression rate of HER-2with diffuse was12.1%, expression rate of HER-2with intestinal type was34.3%(p=0.019<0.05, X2=5.532); expression rate of HER-2with tumors larger than4cm was32.3%, expression rate of HER-2with tumors less than or equal to4cm was18.4%(p=0.13>0.05,X2=2.289); expression rate of HER-2without tumor invasion serous membrane was18.5%, expression rate of HER-2with tumor invasion serous membrane was30.1%(P=0.03<0.05, X2=4.737); expression rate of HER-2with high and middle differentiation was40%, expression rate of HER-2with the poorly differentiation was19.1%(P=0.096>0.05, X2=2.773); expression rate of HER-2with lymph node metastases was32.9%, expression rate of HER-2without lymph node metastases was4.76%(P=0.01<0.05, X2=6.670); expression rate of HER-2with tumor stage Ⅰ+Ⅱ was10.8%, expression rate of HER-2with tumor stage Ⅲ+Ⅳ was33.3%(p=0.022<0.05, X2=5.233)Conclusions:There was excessive expression of HER-2in gastric cancer tissue, excessive expression of HER-2patients with cancer of the stomach had no correlation with the age, sex, tumor size, tumor differentiation degree, tumor location; it was correlated with the presence of lymph node metastasis、tumor infiltration degree、Lauren parting、tumor TNM staging.
