Objective:Through the advanced randomized controlled study, this article is to explore the pain-intervening effect and the safety of the acupoint injection of dezocine to the patients after operation of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods:In accordance with the criteria, exclusion standard, screening standard,90patient cases were selected. Then they were randomly divided into three groups: Pure acupuncture treatment group(hereinafter referred to as the blank group), intramuscular injection of dezocine group(hereinafter referred to as the controlled group) and acupoint injection of dezocine group(hereinafter referred to as the treatment group). In the blank group, the cases acupuncture points of Erbai, Chengshan and Changqiang acupoint were punctured once for30mins; in the controlled group,6hours after the operation,5mg of dezocine was intramuscularly injected; in the treatment group,6hours after the operation,5mg of dezocine was injected to the acupoints of Erbai, Chengshan and Changqiang.Applying’changhai pain feet’truthfully recorded three groups of patients with postoperative pain degree scale9h and24h wound pain degree, and record the duration of the pain, and record the duration of the pain and adverse reactions. By means of SPSS17, the established database was analyzed, and all the statistical methods used here include variance inspection, X2test,relative number inspection, etc.Result:Postoperative analgesia effect, the treatment group serum beta-endorphin value rate, pain, pain duration were lower than the control group and blank group (P<0.05),lower incidence of postoperative adverse reactions, higher satisfaction with pain control. Conclusion:Injecting Dezocine to the acupoints Erbai, Chengshan and Changqiang6hours after the operation of the rectal mucosa circumcision (PPH)+Milligan Morgan hemorrhoidectomy can significantly reduce pain of the anus areas. To the etiology and pathogenesis of local gas barrier and blood running block after the rectal mucosa circumcision,it can dredge the meridians, promote blood circulation, remove blood stasis, and relieve pain. Acupoint injection of dezocine can also significantly reduce patients’postoperative pain in anal areas and the use of painkillers. The working mechanism of these effects is the interaction of drugs and acupuncture.
