Objective: To compare the analysis of gastric cancer patients after totalgastrectomy surgery in different circumstances and prognosis of gastrointestinalreconstruction explore total gastrectomy, the additional generation of stomach whenjejunal loop P anastomotic jejunal loop on the left foot diaphragm suspension fixed."improved methods of artificial stomach bubble " angioplasty role in improvingpostoperative gastrointestinal symptoms aspects of the meal, which will make apresentation of the clinical experience for fellow reference. Methods: A retrospective analysis of the Second Affiliated Hospital of DalianMedical University, March2003-March-2012198patients underwent totalgastrectomy information, according to the gastrointestinal tract reconstruction way intothe jejunal loop generation of stomach surgery group P jejunal loop generation ofstomach P "artificial stomach bubble" angioplasty group, that tradittional Rou-en-Yanastomosic group, modified Bi Luo2type groups. Choose the operational time andsafe, postoperative gastrointestinal complications, postoperativc nutriitional stiatus asone compaire elements. Entire number were analyze using the data processing SSPS17.0for data normality check, one-way ANOVA comparing line data betweenmultiple sets of measurement analysis, comparing the two groups of measurement datalines between two sample t test, Compare row by using a list on parties χ2test countdata between test level of P <0.05as thinked statistically significant. Results: Surgery: None P on the jejunal loop operation time on behalf of thestomach "artificial stomach bubble" P angioplasty group and jejunal loop groupdifferences on behalf of stomach surgery, four different anastomosis as no different onthe amount of bleed durring surgery and surgical complications. Postoperativenutritional status: P jejunal loop behalf stomach additional "artificial stomach bubble" Pangioplasty group and jejunal loop recovery on behalf of the gastric surgery group at6.5months after surgery weight, are better than the Roux-en-Y anastomosis group and themodified2-type Bi Luo group. Postoperative gastrointestinal complications: P jejunalloop generation of stomach additional "artificial stomach bubble" group of patients afterangioplasty digestive discomfort when eating the incidence is lower than the other threegroups. Conclusion: The generation of stomach surgery jejunal loop P plus "artificialstomach bubble" improved case angioplasty is feasible, the improved surgiical pattientsas significantly low when eating discomfort, hiccups, eating choking feeling, difficultunder food the incidence of pharyngeal and abdominaine cramps than othergastrointestiinal symptomis, enhance the survive conditions of patients, thus noadditionaul operation time. So that, for general condition is acceptable, the patient cantolerate jejunal loop on behalf of P stomach surgery, the surgical improvementprograms worth as a reference.
