Background and ObjectiveElectrocardiogram (ECG) is a technology which record cardiac electrical activity frombody surface with electrocardiogram machine.It can be used in the diagnosis of ventricularhypertrophy, myocardial ischemia, trauma, infarction, arrhythmia, drug electrolyte disorderand so on,especially to the diagnosis of arrhythmia, it has an irreplaceable position inclinical.As the electrocardiology technology by leaps and bounds, in the late50s Holter NJdeveloped a new method of ecg records, namely ambulatory electrocardiogram(AECG).The technology can record electrocardiogram in a long time continuously anddynamicly.Its emergence, created a new field of ecg diagnosis method.AECG is also themost primary screening method qualitatively and quantitatively in clinical arrhythmiaanalysis.Because AECG record for a long time, heart beat often leading to one hundredthousand or more,and always analysis of various kinds of arrhythmia,basis on thewaveform and RR period,the process is time-consuming and easily missed diagnosis.AndAECG set in the RR-Lorenz analysis software,it according to the dynamic change law ofRR interphase,express the RR period with a picture,so the rapid diagnosis of largesample data function is superior to the traditional AECG analysis technology.Ecg scatter plot is continuous ecg activity space track section,because of the graphicsis composed of scatter, they are called scatter plot.It interpret RR interphase of ECG with awhole view,make the same category in the same area, forming different point set.Divided into RR-Lorenz scatter plot, time scatter plot and the difference between a scatterdiagram.The author mainly analyze the RR-Lorenz scatter plot,each of the scatterplotscatter said the adjacent two heart throb cycle length,a RR before every heart beat (RRn) asthe X value,a RR after every heart beat (RRn+1) as the Y value,then trackedcontinuously.The heart has its intrinsic electrophysiological properties,this featuredetermines the cycle length of two adjacent heart throb.So scatter plot reflected thecardiac cycle has certain characteristics and distributionThen discuss the structure andformation mechanism of the graphics,can find certain mathematical laws and reflect someelectrophysiological phenomenon as a whole.The Geometer’s Sketchpad is the outstanding education drawing software,candynamically display the location of the geometry relations change rule,it is a tool to copyand product pretty great pictures. After the retrieval of literature at home and abroad, wehasn’t found the observation and report of large sample RR-Lorenz scatterplot,nor comprehensive and large sample observation and deep presentation. Thisresearch was in inference of Geometer’s Sketchpad, to analysis large sample RR-Lorenzscatter plot in order to find regulation and copy chracteristics of RR-Lorenz scatter plot,which can redefine the real shape. Some scholars have similar reports, while they justemphasis the influence of geometrical relationship and the function of graphics and focuson mathematics.We are on the basis of large sample observation,analyzed the scatteredpoint set represented and the relationship of RR interval,fully understand the formationmechanism, at the same monent, the analysis level is more emphasis on clinicalapplication and the analysis of actual illustration.so it is conducive to doctors betterunderstanding of electrocardiogram and master chracteristics, which can help doctorsanalysis quicklly AECG, provide clinical diagnosis methods.Materials and Methods1The research object:10900cases of AECG in June2004-June2012,select1532cases of normal sinus rhythm,3256cases of ectopic cardiac rhythm:Af602cases,PAF80cases,AF209cases,atrial premature beats1021cases, ventricular premature beat1344cases., Pacemaker rhythm58cases: Simple ventricular pacing18cases,Af with VVI40cases. Aged18to92(average44.5±6.9).The set of standard:①Recording time is morethan22hours②p remature beat number>500times(after observation,>500times can form characteristic change)③S mall disturbance pseudo(Does not affect the graphicoverall effect).2Apparatus and method:With DMS software (Beijing) ECGLABHOLTER12. TOPAECG,respectively to observe scatterplot characteristics of normal sinus rhythm, ectopiccardiac rhythm and pacemaker rhrthm. explain the mapping mechanism,analysis of thecorresponding point set heart beat,and application of "Geometer’s Sketchpad"(USA5.06)to track the trajectory and function function, simulate all kinds of scatter plot formingprocess.Results1In1532cases,sinus rhythm of scatter plot in two-dimensional coordinate systemshow "baseball bat","torpedo","spindle","short bar",in the majority with "baseball bat",sowe copy "baseball bat" in Geometer’s Sketchpad, the findings show a good correlation.2ectopic cardiac rhythm3256cases2.1In602cases,Af of scatter plot in two-dimensional coordinate system show a"fan","fan" tip pointing to the origin, we copy "fan" in Geometer’s Sketchpad, thefindings display a good correlation.2.2In80cases,PAF of scatter plot in two-dimensional coordinate system is combinedwith "fan and baseball bat”, we copy both of scatter plot in Geometer’s Sketchpad, thefindings show a good correlation.2.3In209cases, AF of scatter plot in two-dimensional coordinate system show "checkerboard " shape, we copy " checkerboard " in Geometer’s Sketchpad, the findingsdisplay a good correlation.2.4In1021cases, Atrial premature beats of scatter plot in two-dimensional coordinatesystem is “4~8branches” and premature beat is not perpendicular to the X axis; we copy"4~8branches " in Geometer’s Sketchpad, the findings display a good correlation.2.5In1344cases, Ventricular premature beat of scatter plot in two-dimensionalcoordinate system is “4~5branches” and premature beat is perpendicular to the X axis; wecopy "4~5branches " in Geometer’s Sketchpad, the findings display a good correlation.3.Pacemaker rhythme58cases3.1In18cases, Simple ventricular pacing of scatter plot in two-dimensionalcoordinate system is“string-of-beads”, we copy“string-of-beads”in Geometer’s Sketchpad, the findings display a good correlation.3.2In40cases, Af with VVI of scatter plot in two-dimensional coordinate systemshow “quadrilateral”, we copy " quadrilateral " in Geometer’s Sketchpad, the findingsdisplay a good correlation.ConclusionsThere are different morphological characteristics of Lorenz scatterplot in sinusrhythm,ectopic cardiac rhythm and Pacemaker rhythm. Ambiguity on graphics expressionexists.So we are on the basis of large sample observation and analysis to rededifine thecharacteristics of scatterplot. We copy and compare three kinds of characteristics withGeometer’s Sketchpad,which show a good correlation.Therefore, we can anaslysis hugeamounts of arrhythmia directly and quicklly with Lorenz scatterplot and provideclinical diagnosis methods.
