Objective: The traditional Chinese medicine theory as the guide, throughexperimental research, to observe the effect of Bushen Tiaojing Decoction on thePoretsky method to make the animal model of rat polycystic ovarian folliclestimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), testosterone (T), and toexplore the mechanism of ovulation, and provide scientific basis for the effectivenessof Bushen Tiaojing Decoction in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:The project uses SPF female rats6weeks of age50as the object of study, inaddition to the blank group, only more than10, the rat model of PCOS wasconstructed by Poretsky method. The successful model rats were randomly dividedinto model group (model group), Bushen Tiaojing Decoction high dose group, BushenTiaojing Decoction low dose group, positive control group (Yang Xingzu), with10rats in each group, respectively, administration. Continuous administration for22days.Radioimmunoassay was used to detect serum FSH, LH, T. levelsResults:After the serum T level of the rats in the model group increased significantlywith increased detection, serum testosterone of polycystic ovary syndrome of the ratsin the normal group, the serum T level of the lowest. With drug treatment, thetreatment group the serum levels of T were decreased, with Chinese medicine highdose group showed the most obvious. Comparison, the normal group and the modelgroup P<0.01, the treatment group compared with model group, P<0.05, but thelow-dose group and-35group compared with, P>0.05, no significant difference, highdose TCM group and with-35group, P<0.05, there was significant difference,comparison, the treatment group, with a high dose group decreased serum testosteronehad the best effect, and better than with-35group; the LH level, highest in model group, other groups were significantly lower compared with the normal group, modelgroup P<0.01, there was a significant difference between the rats in the model group,serum LH levels were significantly elevated, with polycystic ovary syndrome serumelevated LH conditions, the PCOS rat model is successful. Treatment group comparedwith the model group, there were significant differences, and with-35group and lowdosage Chinese medicine group, P>0.05, had no significant difference, the traditionalChinese medicine high dose group compared with normal group, there was nosignificant difference, P>0.05; treatment group were effective, and the traditionalChinese medicine high dose group has the best effect;③on the FSH level, highest inmodel group, the normal group compared with model group, P<0.01treatment group,and the comparison between the two, P>0.05, indicating no significant differencebetween group-35, traditional Chinese medicine with low dose group, high dose TCMgroup; the LH/FSH ratio of words, the model group was the highest, compared to thenormal group in model group, and P<0.05, significant difference, the treatment groupcompared with the model group, there was significant difference between thetreatment group, P<0.05, contrast, P<0.05, with statistical significance. So the highdose Chinese traditional medicine group in improving the optimal LH/FSH ratioConclusions:Kidney menstrual function by adjusting the endocrine decoction highdose group, lower levels of serum T, LH, and reducing LH/FSH ratio, the clinicaltreatment of polycystic ovary syndrome may be high androgen levels, one of the mosteffective clinical experience in the party.
