Objective: Explore the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicinecombined with quadruple salpingitis infertility treatment of cold dampness stasis typeof clinical efficacy and mechanism of action, provide a new way of thinking andmethods for the treatment of salpingitis infertility.Methods: Salpingitis infertility clinic Reproductive Medicine, First AffiliatedHospital of Henan Province Chinese Medicine from November2012to November2013, TCM cold dampness stasis type were randomly divided into2groups.50patients were treated, blood circulation the assisted reproductive soup oral. Thetreatment group of50patients, the blood circulation Zhuyun decoction combinedquadruple external treatment-point injection the IF pulse electric treatment, Enemamethod and Salt external application. Observed before and after treatment, the clinicalefficacy of the case, that is unilateral or bilateral tubal patency; TCM syndromes andlocal signs of improvement; follow-up within six months of pregnancy.Results:1. The control group was79.59%, the effective rate was94.00%. Twogroups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05);2. The control group of15cases of pregnancy, the pregnancy rate was30.61%;treatment group,27cases of pregnancy, the pregnancy rate was54.00%. Thedifference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05);3. Control group after treatment TCM syndromes average credit for18.69±1.27,the effective rate was85.71%, after treatment, the symptom score was10.28±1.06,94.00%effective rate of two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:1. More effective than pure traditional Chinese medicine treatmentof traditional Chinese medicine combined with four external treatment can effectivelyimprove the clinical symptoms and local signs;2. External treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with quadrupletreatment of salpingitis infertility, can significantly improve the chances of thefallopian tube and pregnancy rate after treatment, a significant effect is higher thanthe traditional Chinese medicine treatment;3. This topic for the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combinedwith quadruple provide a reliable scientific basis for clinical application.
