Objective:Kidney Huayu Recipe (YiShenHuaYu Recipe, YSHYR) is a empiricalrecipe summed up by our mentor Professor Zhang Linqi from many years of clinicalexperience in preventing and treating renal interstitial fibrosis;Chronic renal failuresyndromes conducted preliminary studies on syndromes suggest that,"Kidney Blood"for the RIF main characteristics of the pathogenesis, the clinical application of kidneycirculation side effects certainly for many years, pre-preliminary animal experimentshave shown to be related to the regulation of cytokine expression by havingantagonistic RIF role.This experiment according to the indicator of antagonisticanti-kidney between mass fiber, through establishing big rat (UUO) model of RenalInterstitial Fibrosis, observating the effects of YiShenHuaYu Recipe on UUO big ratkidney features,kidney organization pathology injury, kidney organization in thehydroxyl breast ammonia acid content and renal interstitial fibrosis of logo proteinFN、 TGF-β1and BMP-7expression, to filter out effective parts of YiShenHuaYuRecipe antagonistic anti-kidney between mass fiber, to discussion the rolemechanism, for further researching effective parts of Chinese traditional medicinecompound by YiShenHuaYu Recipe in antagonistic anti-kidney between mass fiber inlaying the theoretical foundations of effective components.Methods:1. Compared to the model group, drug-intervention groupof FN reduced significantly.(5) YiShenHuaYu Recipe in different parts of the polar effect on expression ofTGF-β, BMP-7of UUO model ratsFake surgery group’s kidney organization in the TGF-β1positive expression veryless; Model group’s TGF-β1in Rat Renal tissue significantly increased, and as timeextended gradually increased; drug-intervention group has TGF-β1of positiveexpression in different time points obviously less than model group, YiShenHuaYuRecipe founder butanol parts group and valsartan Sutton Group more obviously, andno statistically significant difference between two groups (p﹥0.05), BMP-7isopposite.Conclusion:1.Solvent extraction method using the system successfully getYiShenHuaYu Recipe petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, butanol and saturated with waterparty site.between4apolar parts, YiShenHuaYu Recipe founder butanol parts groupobviously improved the kidney features, reduced kidney pathology injury, reduced hydroxyproline content, its other effects are similar to valsartan Sutton, and remaining3parts on polar improved no obviously. So, YiShenHuaYu Recipe founder butanolparts group might be effective parts of antagonistic effect in renal interstitial fibrosis.Founder butanol fraction of YiShenHuaYu Recipe group has a good delay betweenrenal interstitial fibrosis2. butanol fraction of YiShenHuaYu Recipe group can reduced kidney renaltissue FN levels. Its mechanism related to inhibiting expression of TGF-β1andup-regulating expression of BMP-7, indicating that it can reduce the deposition ofECM,reduce the degree of renal interstitial fibrosis with antagonistic renal interstitialfibrosis.3. butanol fraction of YiShenHuaYu Recipe group might be effective parts ofantagonistic effect in renal interstitial fibrosis.
