| Objective:Through measuring and analysis of cervical in the fixed the group specimens loading stress situation displacement situation, in flexor, the right bending, the Left bending, the reach, and compression, to study on five kind of different cervical anterior plate (x-shaped plate, and X-shaped hole in the middle plate, and H-shaped plate, andå·¥plate, and Orion Plate) after C4-C5back change plant bone fusion fixed, by Statistics Method Analysis of comparison Five kind of different shape cervical plate to cervical back change plant bone fusion stability differences, hoping to provide some reference for clinical.Methods:C2-C7fresh cervical specimens of48healthy pigs, and randomly divided into six groups (X plate fixation group, X shaped hole in the middle plate fixation group, H shaped plate fixation group,å·¥-shaped plate fixation, Orion plate fixation group and the control group with eight in each group).Simulation of C4-C5cervical degeneration model, and give a similaroperation disposal (disc and endplate excision, intervertebral implant boneblock), and then were given five different shape plate; and the electronic universal testing machine for dynamic simulation and applied load, observation and measurement of specimens in flexion, lateral bending stress, left bending,extension, compression load displacement (150N) case.The results using statistical analysis, by using the SPSS16.0software package(SPSS, Chicago, IL, USA) was used for data analysis, to calculate the standard deviation, average deviation, data differences among the groups were compared using Sceffe method,(P<0.05, there was significant difference).Results:X shaped plate fixation group when in five different directions to the stress load,statistical analysis of the measured maximum displacement is less than X shaped hole in the middle plate fixation group, H shaped plate fixation group,å·¥-shaped plate fixation group, Orion plate fixation group, and there was significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusions:Five different shapes of steel plate under the same conditions, X shaped plate fixation group is more stable, compared the other four plate after the cervical degenerative bone fusion and fixation. |
