| ObjectiveThis study focuses on the exercise therapy and the diet therapy of diabetes of past13years of diabetes, we used the Internal analysis and bibliometric analysis to understand the present situation of exercise therapy and the diet therapy of diabetes. We also used questionnaires to investigate the health behavior change model of the the diabetes patients, then analyze the patients’ health behavior change to explore the possible factors affecting diabetes health behavior change, and then help to provide some data about making the intervention strategies for the change of patients’health behavior. Research methodsRetrieving the diabetes exercise therapy and diet therapy in the "Chinese technology periodical database"(2000.1-2013.12), then analysis the frequency and composition ratio of the literatures, then used the Runs test to analysis the trend. We also used cluster sampling combined convenience sample surveys, qualify and quantity method had been used too. We investigate the diabetes patients by using the questionnaires.110patients had been collected. Then we established a database to analyze the degree of diabetes patients’mastering of diabetes knowledge, the patients’health behavior change, and explore the possible factors affecting diabetes health behavior change. The statistical methods we used include t-test, analysis of variance, chi-square test, non-conditional Logistic regression analysis methods.Research results1. Quantitative analysis on exercise therapy and the diet therapy of diabetes1.1The studies on the exercise therapy of diabetes have increased each year, the number of randomized controlled trials have increased too, but is still relatively small, especially the large randomized controlled clinical studies. There are few researchs in Chinese exercise therapy. In this study, there are17species of sport have used the most, most of them are aerobic exercise, walking, jogging, tai chi and gymnastics are the most.1.2The studies on the diet therapy of diabetes have increased each year, the number of randomized controlled trials have increased too, but is still relatively small, especially the large randomized controlled clinical studies. There are few researchs in Chinese exercise therapy. The number of diet therapy of Chinese medicine is68, and the ingredients most usded are yam, bitter gourd, astragalus, pumpkin, wolfberry, melon, pig pancreas, snakegourd root and so on.2. Diabetes health behavior research2.1The average value of postprandial blood glucose, fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were high, indicating that the glucose control of the patients are poor. Triglycerides and low-density lipoprotein also did not reach the standard had been recommanded.2.2The score of Michigan Diabetes Knowledge Test (DKT) was52.68±18.77. Based on the univariate analysis, the results suggest that patients with complications and hypoglycemic agents and insulin in the treatment get higher scores in DKT.2.3The score of Diabetes self-management scale was90.11±17.30, the number of patients who was in the medium level is the most., which indicating that the self management of patients needs to be improved. The results also show that the better self management the patients were the lower fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin they would be. The higher score they get in DKT, they can manage themselves better.2.4Non-conditional Logistic regression analysis showed the factors that affecting diabetes health behavior included health education, gender, the degree the patient know about diabetes knowledge and fasting blood glucose.ConelusionThe studies on the diet therapy of diabetes have increased each year, the number of randomized controlled trials have increased too, but is still relatively small, especially the large randomized controlled clinical studies.
