The Study Of Clinical Observation Of Shipi Decoction In The Treatment Of NYHA Class â…£ Chronic Heart Failure

ObjectiveThe study was to observe the effect of Shipi decoction in the treatment of NYHA class IV chronic heart failure on syndrome effect, BNP, Six-minute walk distance and so on, to broaden the clinical use of Shipi decoction, and to provide a new way which can improve clinical efficacy of chronic heart failure.MethodsIn2013June to2014year in February in accordance with Spleen virtual failure syndrome and NYHA class IV chronic heart failure those were the patient s(82cases) of the standard department of Cardiology treated of Guangdong Hospital of TCM. Using a random number table, divided into treatment groups(Shipi decoction and western standardized treatment)and Control group (western standardized treatment) each of41cases. During the study, before and after treatment in patients with NYHA, Lee’s score, Symptom scores of TCM, BNP, Six-minute walk distance, the output amount of24hours. And compare the control and treatment groups in statistics at the same time. Analyse the result by using the SPSS19.0statistical package.ResultsThrough statistical analysis, two groups of patients with heart failure compared with no significant differences in age, sex, primary diseases, heart function, disease course and furosemide, digitalis, dopamine dosage (P>0.05). In two groups after the treatment, both can improve cardiac function in heart failure patients, but more significant improvement in the treatment group(P<0.01). Both can decrease symptom scores of TCM significantly (P<0.05), and the treatment group than in the control group symptom scores of TCM decreased obviously(P<0.01). Both can decrease Lee score significantly (P<0.05), and the treatment group decrease Lee score better than the control group after treatment(P<0.01). Both can decrease BNP significantly (P<0.05), and the treatment group decrease BNP better than the control group after treatment(P<0.01). After treatment, the treatment group were better than the control group on Six-minute walk distance and the output amount of24hours(P<0.05). Patients were enrolled in this study successfully completed, no patients had serious adverse reactions so that treatment interruptions, during the treatment, improve the correlation test checks and no obvious abnormalities associated with the test results.ConelusionShipi decoction joint with Western standardized treatment in the treatment of NYHA class IV chronic heart failure can significantly improve the cardiac function, improve exercise tolerance, decrease the Lee’s score and symptom scores of TCM, decrease the level of BNP and improve six-minute walk distance and the output amount of24hours. And there were no significant adverse reactions. The clinical curative effect of TCM are reliable and Worth to further promotion in clinical.
