ObjectiveObserve the Luo’s Shen Shuai Tang in the treatment of Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome in patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) in BUN, UA, HB,24hrUprv, MA, ALB, TG, TC, LDL, CRP, P, PTH, Hey and other CVD risk factors, discuss Luo’s Shen Shuai Tang protective effect on the cardiovascular of chronic renal failure and to explore its mechanism.MethodsSelected42cases of chronic renal failure patients with deficiency of Qi and Yin two, adopts the method of control study, divided into conventional treatment group and routine treatment plus Luo’s Shen Shuai Tang in treatment group,21cases in each group. Respectively to observe the changes of clinical symptoms before and after treatment in both groups, and detection the change of BUN, UA, HB,24hrUprv, MA, ALB, TG, TC, LDL, CRP, P, PTH and Hey after treatment.Results1.Treatment group of traditional chinese medicine syndrome curative effect of the total effective rate was95.24%, the control effect of TCM syndrome total effective rate was76.19%, there are differences between the comparison between the two groups (P<0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group.2. After treatment, two groups of BUN, UA, TG, TC, ALB is no statistical significance (P>0.05);HB, P, PTH, CRP, MA, LDL,24hrUprv and Hey was Statistically significant(P<0.05). ConclusionConventional treatment combined with Luo’s Shen Shuai Tang in patients with chronic renal failure Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome has the following function: improve the clinical symptoms, correction of anemia, reduce the P, PTH, CRP, MA, LDL,24hrUprv and Hcy levels. Effect on cardiovascular risk factors have a certain lower.
