| ObjectiveMainly in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients and ovariectomized rats as the research objects, this study discussed through observing changes in hemorheology and exploring the effects of different interventions for postmenopausal osteoporosis hemorheology.MethodsThe first part are the clinical experimental study, We choiced60patients as research objects which came Guangzhou General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Command between Octobor2012to August2013. Then we study the the hemorheology, serum lipids and BMD. We choiced40patiengts as treatment object which conform to the requirements. After the interventions of kidney-tonifying, spleen-strengthening, and removing blood stasis herbal and alendronate sodium, we analysed the changes of hemorheology and bone mineral density. The second part is the animal study, we study ovariectomized osteoporosis rats on hemorheology, serum lipids and bone mineral density.ResultsIn clinical studies, whole blood viscosity increased as BMD decreased after the Kidney-tonifying, Spleen-strengthening, and Removing Blood Stasis Herbal and alendronate therapy, hemorheology in the two groups decreased and the value of decrease in traditional Chinese medicine group have significant difference, each BMD rise, prompted traditional Chinese medicine can improve the state of stasis.In animal studies, high doses of kidney-tonifying, spleen-strengthening, and removing blood stasis herbal can be effective in improving blood viscosity, recovering erythrocyte deformability, reducing erythrocyte electrophoresis time, improving the state of stasis in ovariectomized rats, high doses of medicine and alendronate sodium can improve abnormal lipid metabolism status in rats.ConclusionHemorheology was abnormal in postmenopausal osteoporosis, the hebal can improve blood flow abnormal status, improve the state of stasis and increase BMD and BMC. |
