The thesis analyzes the cognize of aplastic anemia (AA) in TCM and the syndrome and treatment of low theory of Prof. Qiu in treading AA with the means of combining the literature research and statistic analysis, analysis. The result of study emphasizes the important role of "deficiency of kidney essence" in AA, and put forward that "nourishing kidney essence" should be used as the basic therapeutic principle of AA.On the basis of "nourishing kidney essence", Prof. Qiu put forward that the balance of nourishing kidney yin and invigorating kidney yang, tonifying kidney and invigorating spleen, supporting healthy and dispelling sickness, nourishing and promoting blood circulation are both importance during the treatment of AA.At the right time, strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi, warming kidney yang, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis should be used as the auxiliary treatment methods. Based on differentiation of symptoms and signs. The thesis puts forward new thoughts of treatment of AA. At the same time, the thesis also summarizes the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicines which Prof. Qiu used for AA, and provides some reference to the selections of medicines.
