| The residues of pesticide and mycotoxin in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) not only affect the medication safety, but also is a huge obstacle to the export trade. With the rapid development of analytical techniques, more and more attention is being paid to the pesticides and mycotoxins residue in TCM. Therefore, it is urgent to establish a simple, accurate, and suitable method for the determination of pesticides and mycotoxins residue in TCM for the quality control. In the thesis, GC-MS and HPLC-MS/MS were used to determine the pesticides and mycotoxins residue in TCM. The main results are described as follows:1. A method for the analysis of15organochlorine, organophosphorus and pyrethrin pesticides residue in Radix Paeoniae Alba by LVI-GC-MS is developed. The recoveries of most pesticides were ranged from60.4%to106.8%with RSD from3.6%to18.6%(n=6). The method was applied to the determination of pesticides residue in24batches of TCM samples collected from6different places (An hui, Shan xi, et al). And, two batches of samples were contaminated with4,4’-DDE, ranging from4.21to4.46μg/kg.2. A method for the detection of17mycotoxins residue in Radix Puerariae lobatae by HPLC-MS/MS is established. The recoveries of mycotoxins were ranged from51.1%to115.2%with RSD of2.8%to16.9%(n=6). The method was applied to the determination of mycotoxins residue in17batches of TCM samples collected from9different places (An hui, He nan, et al). And, three batchs of sample was contaminated aflatoxin B1and T-2toxins with (0.75±0.18)ã€(1.095±0.008)μg/kg and (0.853±0.044)μg/kg.3. A HPLC-MS/MS method for the detection of16mycotoxins residue in Radix Astragali preparata is developed. The recoveries of most mycotoxins at three added level were ranged from56.9%to122.4%with RSD of2.0%to27.1%(n=6). The method was applied to the determination of mycotoxins residue in16batches of TCM samples collected from7different places (Nei menggu, Shan xi, et al). |
