ObjectiveTo study the combination of Chinese and Western chronobiology through circadian rhythm of frequent ventricular premature beats by using24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram. To discuss the breakthrough point of chronobiology combination of western and traditional Chinese medicine through hours of Zi, Mao, Wu, You.MethodsThis study bases on data analysis. The main survey bases on466patients in Guangdong Province Hospital of TCM from2012to2013. Their24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram results suggest frequent premature ventricular beats. Inputting the the basic information and original records of the24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram results.Frequent ventricular premature beats of the diagnostic criteria is more than500times one day. Western circadian rhythm medicine uses the twenty-four hour clock, TCM circadian rhythm uses twelve Earthly Branches to time. Establishing the Excel database of the frequent premature ventricular beats of each hour to analyze. The24-hour circadian rhythm of the frequent premature ventricular beats is a time-round distrib-ution data. Using PEMS software and the computer, conversing each hour into angle, obtaining average angle and making hypothesis testing. The variance analysis of repeated measurement data is performed by SPSS20.0statistical package. Drawing a trend chart to depict the distribution of frequent premature ventricular beats in24hours and Zi hour, Mao hour, Wu hour,You hour intuitively.Results1. Circular distribution analysis:Using PEMS3.1statistical software for circular distribution analysis, concluding that the peak time is around17:49.corresponding to You hour (17:00-19:00).2.Analysis of variance for repeated measurement data:In terms of four hours of TCM, peak time for the occurrence of ventricular premature beat is around You hour (17:00-19:00),Zi hour (23:00-1:00) and Mao hour(5:00-7:00) occurs less. There is statistical difference between different time(P<0.05). According to the distribution trend chart of24hours, the trough occurrence of ventricular premature beat is around4am, the peak time is around6pm.ConclusionThe circadian rhythm of frequent premature ventricular beats is consistent with Qi activity rule of heart and the coordination between the heart and kidney. This makes a further exploration of the combination of Chinese and Western chronobiology. |
