| Objective:To observe the effects of Jiawei Yiqi Huoxue Decoction(JWYQ) on the mice with hyperlipemia and acutemyocardial ischemia.Methods:â‘ Acute myocardial ischemia model was established by tracheal clipping method of preparation,and to observe the effects of Jiawei Yiqi Decoction on the mice of survival time in the acute myocardial ischemia model.40male kunming mice were randomized into high-dose group(39.00g of crude drug/kg) and low-dose(19.50g of crude dru-g/kg) of JWYQ, normal group, the Diao group(0.98%the Diao Xinxuekang the solutio-n0.195g/kg) with10cases in each. mice daily gavage once the gavage capacity0.2ml/10g and for20consecutive days. After the last feeding45min;The mice were anesthetized by intraperitoneal injection(1.2g/kg,20%Uratan), with small clipping trachea, observe and r-ecord the disappearance time of electrocardiographic.â‘¡Acute myocardial ischemia model was established by the method of Iso subcutaneous injection, to observe the effects of Jia-wei Yiqi Decoction on the mice ECG of acute myocardial ischemia model(Iso subcutaneou-s injection).50male kunming mice were randomized into high-dose group(39.00g of crude drug/kg) and low-dose(19.50g of crude drug/kg) of JWYQ,control group(received equal volume of distilled water), normal group, the Diao group(0.98%the Diao Xinxuekang the solution0.195g/kg), with10cases in each. mice daily gavage once the gavage capacity0.2ml/10g,and gavage for continuous20days. In the45Min after the last administr-ation,the mice were subcutaneous injection of Iso (0.015g/kg)(exapt the normal group) to establish the model of acute myocardial ischemia. After15min of injection, the5grou-p mice were placed insealed containers (250ml) and record the the survival time of them.â‘¢Hyperlipidemia model was established by feeding a high-diet, and to observe the effects of Jiawei Yiqi Decoction oh the mice TG with hyperlipidemia.50male kunming mice w-ere randomized into high-dose (39.00g of crude drug/kg) and low-dose (19.50g of crud-e drug/kg) of JWYQ group,normal group, control group(received equal volume of distil-led water), simvastatin group(3mg/kg), with10cases in each. All the groups were feed a high-diet exapt the normal group.mice daily gavage once the gavage capacity0.2ml/10g,and gavage for continus20days, last feeding24h, The indexes of TG in serum of mic-e were measured.Results:â‘ The effects of Jiawei Yiqi Huoxue Decoction can effectively extend t he survival time in the acute myocardial ischemia model mice.â‘¡The effects o f Jiawei Yiqi Huoxue Decoction can effectively extend the survival time in the acute myocardial ischemia model(Iso subcutaneous injection) at atmospheric pr essure hypoxia tolerance.â‘¢The effects of Jiawei Yiqi Huoxue Decoction can effectively reduced the high fat triglyceride (TG) in mice.The effects of Jiawe i Yiqi Huoxue high-dose Decoction prolonged the survival time of myocardial ischemia model and normobaric hypoxia model in mice,the ability stronger than the Diao Capsule; Chinese medicine Jiawei Yiqi Huoxue high-dose Decoction reduced the high fat triglyceride (TG) in mice in vivo ability stronger than Si mvastatin.Conclusion:The study confirmed Jiawei Yiqi Huoxue decoction has protective effects on acute myocardial ischemia in mice, prolong the mice induced by Iso injecti on in acute myocardial ischemia in the confined space of hypoxia survival tim e, improve the mice normobaric hypoxia space resistant, can effectively reduce hyperlipidemia mice triglyceride (TG), have important significance for preventi on and treatment of coronary heart disease. |
