Obesity has been conformed related to serious diseases, such as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, hypertension, pulmonary diseases, etc. Moreover, obesity has been affecting adolescents nationwide and tends to pose the health threat to the younger generation. Many researches show that obesity contributes greatly to fatty liver, diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, cholesterol, heart disease, sleep apnea and other health complications.Adolescents and adults obesity prevail all over the world. Under economic transition and the process of urbanization, the government attaches great importance to the aggravation health issue between primary and secondary school students, which might result in physical, physiological disabilities and inferior academic performance. Furthermore, obesity brought in adulthood might cause various complications afterwards.The study researches into the current obesity issue in students, and illustrates the solutions with reference to data in research. The study discusses the effects of twelve weeks of physical exercises and dietary intervention after two-week cognition education on students’physical condition, dietary habits and activities.Physical exercises intervention is implemented with two phases--cognition education and practical execution. Students are instructed to enhance cardiorespiratory endurance, myodanamia and flexibility in cognition education. However, most of students do not do enough exercise due to academic tutorials, social and family activities. Therefore, students mostly engage in aerobic exercise in cardiorespiratory endurance. As a consequence, the result does not turn out to improve prominently. Conclusions:1. Physical exercises and dietary intervention could benefit overweight and obese students physically (weight, BMI, body fat).2. Physical exercises and dietary intervention could make a difference on diet.3. Physical exercises and dietary intervention in diet and health awareness education, exercise prescription, prescription diet formulation, scientific and rational effect is obvious, worthy of further study and conduct. Suggests:1. Physical exercises and dietary intervention should be combined with ideologicaleducation. 2. Prominent health education.3. Concerned about the urban fringe school health education...
