The Positive Effect Of Adenoidectomy Operation Cure On Chronic Sinusitis In Children

Objective: To study the positive effect of adenoidectomy surgery for chronic sinusitisin children with adenoid hypertrophy after cure.Methods:112cases of the disease for more than1year after8weeks of systemconservative treatment no obvious improvement and combination of chronic sinusitisin children with adenoid hypertrophy, after adenoidectomy surgery, postoperativeobservation of the cure of chronic sinusitis.Results: after adenoidectomy, follow-up1~3months, children with chronic sinusitiscurative rate was88.4%. Postoperative nasal resistance tests showed significantbilateral nasal resistance is reduced, the nasal ventilation compared with preoperativehave doubled, improve125%~125%, the average increase was256%, postoperativenasal sound reflection curve display of nasopharyngeal obstruction disappeared orreduced, significant bilateral nasal minimum volume increase, increase the range of12%~53%, the average increase of32%.Conclusion:1.Adenoid hypertrophy is the source of chronic sinusitis in children diseases.2.Adenoidectomy surgery is the treatment of chronic sinusitis combined treatmentof choice for children with adenoid hypertrophy. For conservative treatment ofchildren with chronic sinusitis surgery supplemented by sinusitis treatment system, atthe same time is more perfect and effective treatment.3. The nasal resistance analysis and sound reflection can be used as evaluation ofchronic sinusitis in children preoperative nasal congestion and the postoperativerecovery of nasal cavity effective auxiliary examination method.
