| Objective Explore the mean of the platelets and erythrocytes in Thl and Th2cells during differentiation of Th cell. Methods According to4different combinations of experimental conditions,complete blood cell groupã€the group without PLã€the group without RBCã€the group without neither RBC nor PL, Each group to set the NS at control group, With low density of Antigen LS180(5×109ã€L) group and High density Antigen Hs180(3×1010/L), using statistical methods to analysis if there is significant difference in cytokines between the experimental and control groups. Results (1) each group of IFN-γ/IL-10change:Hs180experimental group (P<0.05) has statistics significance. Goes to RBC to go to the PL group with to go to the RBC group contrast:H180experimental group elevates (P<0.05), the control group and the Hs180experimental group drops (P<0.05).(2) each group of interferon acceptor change result:Goes to the PL group<whole blood cell group:Ls180experimental group and control group (P<0.05). With goes to RBC to compare, goes to RBC to go to the PL group control group to drop (P<0.05), Hs180experimental group elevates (P<0.05).(3) each group of IL-10change results:Goes to the PL group and the whole blood cell group contrast:Ls180and Hs180experimental group has the remarkable change (P<0.05). The blood corpuscle group with goes to the RBC group to compare, Ls180experimental group (P<0.05) elevates. Goes to the PL group with to go to RBC to go to the PL group contrast, Ls180experimental group elevates (P<0.05), H the S180experimental group drops (P<0.05).Conclusion Platelets are the key of starting Th cell differentiation to Thl-and Th2-type. When antigens invade, Activated platelets is an engine for Th differentiation into Th2. Erythrocyte immune status may be the choice between cell-mediated immunity and humoral immunity of the body selected underlying cause. |
