Compare The Clinical Effect Of One Time Filling Root Canal Therapy With Canals And Endomethasone

Objective: To observe Canals and Endomethasone root canal filling sealer in acutereactions and recent results after one time filling root canal therapy.Materials and methods: Treatment needs to do root canal treatment in38cases wererandomly divided two group into Canals teeth root canal filling sealer (19cases) withEndomethasone root canal filling sealer (19cases).After the step-back therapy of rootcanal preparation, the two groups were used Canals and Endomethasone root canal fillingsealer for root canal filling.observe two group postoperative acute reactions after a week,and short-term effect in three months and six months.Results: Results: In the acute phase response Canals group slightly higher than theEndomethasone group after the first week.After3months,6months of observe Canalsgroup and Endomethasone have no signific differencesConclusion: Canals group and Endomethasone group have no signific difference in theshort term experiments, Small number of cases may be due to the factors. In order toobtain more accurate results,will be need to increase the number of case selection insubsequent experiments.
