The knee joint is one of the most important jionts in human body. The disease of knee joint will seriously influence the patient’s moter function seriously and reduce the patient’s quality of life. The trend turned along with the population advanced age in our country. The outbreak rate of the Osteoarthritis(OA) presents obvious increment trend. It is mainly rely on the Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs to treatment this kind of disease previously, But it will cause much serious complications. The traditional surgical interrence methods such as joint debridement, synovectomy, osteotomy, and jiont-fusion, does not reverse the pathological changes of the knee completely. Total knee arthroplasty (TKA) can maximize the reconstruction of knee joint function, reduce and eliminate pain, improve patient quality of life. For severe osteoarthritis, total knee arthroplasty is a more effective, excellent methed to reduce the pain and maintain the knee joint function. TKA surgery aims to relieve knee pain and improve knee function. The degree of knee after TKA is the problems which orthopedic surgeons and patients a concerned with. There are many factors affecting the function of the knee after TKA, including preoperative factors, surgical technique factors, postoperative physical therapy and prosthesis design, etc. Yet there are more controversial about what specific factors affect on joint function recovery, and how much of the impact and relevance. Through this study in our hospital for total knee replacement surgery in patients with end-stage osteoarthritis of the self-related factors and surgical factors regression analysis to provide references for clinical treatment and prognosis of rehabilitation.[Objective] To statistics and analysis of relevant factors That may affect joint function after total knee arthroplasty, all relevant influence factors and knee function were studied. The relevance of two described above were analysised and the main influence factors of knee joint function and living quality after TKA were found out.[Method] Preoperative and postoperative scor of43cases(43knees) were evaluated according to the HSS scoring system. Factors including age, body mass index, Preoperative score of pain, malformation of joint, preoperative range of motion (ROM), variety of the femoral condyle offset(ACO), postoperative posterior slop angle(PSA) of tibial plateau were analyzed by Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression.[Result]Pearson related analysis result indicate that Preoperative score of pain, preoperative range of motion (ROM), variety of the femoral condyle offset(ACO), postoperative posterior slop angle(PSA) of tibial plateau are correlated positively with postoperative HSS score, and body mass index, malformation of joint are correlated negatively with postoperative HSS score. After the multiple linear regression analysis, postoperative posterior slop angle(PSA) of tibial plateau(p<0.01), Preoperative score of pain(p<0.01) and body mass index(p<0.05) are chosen into the regression equation. Standardized regression coefficients:postoperative posterior slop angle(PSA) of tibial plateau (0.555)> Preoperative score of pain (0.357)> body mass index (0.187).The group which knees have lower ACO after TKA have higher ROM than higher ones. The group which postoperative posterior slop angle(PSA) of tibial plateau are7-9°have higher ROM.[Conclusion]1.Preoperative score of pain, preoperative range of motion (ROM), variety of the femoral condyle offset(ACO), postoperative posterior slop angle(PSA) of tibial plateau are correlated positively with postoperative HSS score, and body mass index, malformation of joint are correlated negatively with postoperative HSS score.2. Postoperative posterior slop angle(PSA) of tibial plateau, Preoperative score of pain and body mass index have significant effect on postoperative HSS score.3. The variety of the femoral condyle offset(ACO) hase an effect on the ROM of the postoperative knees. Excessive increase in ACO Increase the pressure of anterior of the knee, so that the flexion affected. The cutting of the proximal tibial in TKA should be at a7-9°slop angle, thereby obtaining better joint function after operation. The results suggested that the tibial component inclination might be favourable to7°-9°, More in line with the anatomical characteristics of the Chinese people.
