Bisphenol S (BPS), bisphenol F (BPF), bisphenol A (BPA), bisphenol B (BPB),bisphenol AF (BPAF), tetrachlorobisphenol A (TCBPA) and tetrabromobisphenol A(TBBPA) are seven common bisphenol analogues that widely used in the industry.Meanwhile, these seven compounds have been greatly concerned as environmentalendocrine disruptors and pollutants.In this study, we conducted a series of works about these seven biphonels,mainly included:1.Compared the estrogenic activites of the seven bisphenols byevaluating the proliferation effects of these compounds on the human breast cancercells T47D and MCF-7by the WST-8assay; detected the bisphenols-inducedtranscription of estrogen receptors α downstream genes CTSD, GREB1and TFF1bythe real-time PCR; investigated the phosphorylation of ERK induced by BPAF.2. Areliable method was developed to determine BPS, BPF, BPA, BPB and BPAF incereals based on SPE coupled with LC-MS/MS.3. Established a method to determinethe seven bisphenols in beverage and wines based on SPE coupled with LC-MS/MS.4. Dietary exposure assessment of seven bisphenol analogues in cereals, tubers, beans,beverage and wines samples collected from4provinces of china was performedbased on the analytical methods established above. The main results weresummarized as follows:1. All tested compounds except TBBPA significantly stimulated the proliferationof T47D and MCF-7cells in a dose-dependent manner. EC50of these bisphenols wascaculated after S-curve fitting, and the EC50of bisphenols was in the order ofBPAF>BPB>BPA>BPF>BPS>TCBPA>TBBPA; All test compounds significantlyinduced the transcription of estrogen receptors α downstream genes CTSD, GREB1and TFF1. Moreover, ERK could be rapidly phophorylated by100nmol/L BPAF,indicating its endocrine-disrupt effects via non-genomic pathway.2. A comprehensive analytical method was developed to determine fivebisphonel analogues in cereals food: Recoveries at three fortified levels in rice, flour,and corn flour were62.2%-117.4%,61.2%-121.6%and60.8%-112.3%, respectively,with relative standard deviations no more than20%(n=6). The LOQ of the method for five bisphenol analogues were0.01-0.25μg/kg. This method was applied to theanaylsis of target compounds in12cereals food collected in Beijing.3. A simple and sensitive method was developed to determine seven bisphenolanalogues in beverage and wines: Recoveries at three fortified levels in juice, cola,and wine were81.1-111.1%,59.4-101.1%,79.2-102.9%, respectively, with anacceptable coefficient of variation no more than11%(n=6). The LOQ of the methodfor analytes were0.0015-0.1μg/L. The method was successfully applied to theanaylsis of samples collected in Beijing.4. The dietary sanples collected from four provinces of china were analysiedusing the method above. The results indicated that BPA and BPS were the mostfrequently detected bisphenols, but BPB, TCBPA and TBBPA were not detected inany samples.
