Pyrrosia Mirbel belong to Polypodiaceae, Pyrrosioideae, about70speciesaround the world. Is the main distribution area of east Asia and southeast Asia. Mostof our country have distribution, north, northwest and Hunan as the main distributionarea. The most on the rocks in a tree or plant, a few in soil, is a relatively evolution offerns. Pyrrosia is more commonly used traditional Chinese medicine in China, thefirst in”Shen Nong’s herbal classic”, the above-ground part can be medicine. Asdiuresis leaching and clearing lung cough, cold blood hemostasis effect, for thetreatment of leaching pain, bloody urine, urinary stones, nephritis, lung heat coughasthma, chronic bronchitis, Jin Chuang, etc. Modern research has shown that Pyrrosiamainly contains white ene, beta-sitosterol, chlorogenic acid, mangiferin, quercetin,sucrose and other ingredients, and these components have a cough expectorant,antibacterial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, and diuretic, enhance immunity, etc. AndPyrrosia source more goods, mainly in Pyrrosia sheareri (Bak.) Ching, with Pyrrosiapetiolosa (Christ) Ching and Pyrrosia lingua (Thunb.) Farwell as its source ofmedicinal materials.Pyrrosia sheareri (Bak.) Ching as a rare medicinal plants in Jiangxi province, inorder to further distinguish it from other varieties of medicinal plants of the plantmorphology, medicinal properties, physical and chemical identification, microscopicidentification and thin layer chromatography and explore the determination of thecontent of main component. With from Jiangxi jiujiang lushan scenic area of Pyrrosiasheareri (Bak.) Ching dry powder with petroleum ether extract, chlorophyll will goout later, then extracted with90%ethanol, and then with cyclohexane by silica gelcolumn, gradient elution with ethyl acetate crude separation, the gradient eluent andbeta-sitosterol reference substance of ethanol solution on board, found that Pyrrosiasheareri (Bak.) Ching contains beta-sitosterol components in cyclohexane: ethylacetate (47:3) in the eluent, and the gradient elution liquid and chlorogenic acidreference substance of50%ethanol solution for board, found the Pyrrosia sheareri(Bak.) Ching contains chlorogenic acid composition in cyclohexane: ethyl acetate (49:1) in the eluent. Adopt the method of ultrasonic extraction to the extraction ofeffective components, Pyrrosia sheareri (Bak.) Ching powder and determine thecontent of chlorogenic acid and beta-sitosterol. The content of chlorogenic acidpicking that of0.108%in2012, picking the Pyrrosia sheareri (Bak.) Ching was0.325%in2013. Content of beta-sitosterol picked Pyrrosia sheareri (Bak.) Chingwas0.071%in2012, and2013picking that was0.047%. beta-sitosteroldetermination of the content of a HPLC method is established for the first time, theresults show that the method with good reproducibility, beta-sitosterol inside therange0.4μg-72.0μg is good, the linear relationship y=624.2x+257.46,R2=0.9997, theaverage recovery was103.77%, RSD was3.1%, the method is simple and accurate,and a strong specificity and good repeatability and recovery, can offer Pyrrosiasheareri (Bak.) Ching medicinal materials quality standards set analysis method andbasis.
