Flaveria bidentis (L.) Kuntze belongs to annual herbaceous plants, and it is native to theSouth America. It has fever, antiseptic, antibacterial functions, considered the traditionalmedicinal wild herb, F.bidentis was newly found in China in2001and considered pests byMinistry of Agriculture of China. F.bidentis invasion has a crippling effect on the ecologicalenvironment, biological diversity and economic development. The study also found F.bidentishas insecticide, weeding, anti thrombosis functions. F.bidentis possess great research value.Flavonoids are widely present in various fruits and vegetables and medicinal plants.Flavonoids are known to have various functions and bioactivities such as antitumor,Antioxidant, antiviral, immunomodulatory, anti depression. Flavonoids have low cytotoxicity. So far, it is still a hot topic for the foreign and domestic scholars. In this study, Methods of extraction and separation of flavonoids of F.bidentis wereoptimized. To reveal the influence of Cangzhou soil factors of F.bidentis. Analysis ofcorrelation between flavonoids of F.bidentis and soil factors. This will provide valuable dataand theory foundation for the system research and comprehensive utilization of F.bidentis1. The extract yield of flavonoids of F.bidentis were used as the detection index in thecourse of the experiment. The extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The method of extraction: the volume fraction of ethanol is80%, the solid-liquid ratio is1:20(w/v), the reflux time is75min, the reflux time is2times.2. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is an analysis methods with a widerange applications in the separation scientific, There are many factors that will influence theresult, such as temperature, the ratio of mobile phase, pH and so on. The study found thattemperature has a major impact on substances separation. The method of analysis: Apollo C18(150mm×4.6mm),(mobile phase: methanol-A and phosphoric acid solution-B) B:0~8min,from65%to55%;8~25min, from55%to50%;25~30min, from50%to45%;30~50min,45%;50.01~55.01min,65%, the flow rate is1ml/min, UV monitored at360nm, the columntemperature is10℃.3. Soil is an important part of the earth ecological system, and basic guarantee for thenormal human life. This study compared the soil factor in Pre-invasion and post-invasion,F.bidentis invasion to increase PH, available P, available N and Urease, but organic C,alkaline phosphatase, acid phosphatase will fall. The change of these factors will affect the growth of plant itself, at the same time, other local plants will be disturbed. Analysis ofcorrelation between flavonoids of F.bidentis and soil factors by SPSS19.0. The result shownthat the contents of available phosphate and alkaline phosphatase had the significantcorrelation with the accumulation of flavonoids of aerial parts of F.bidentis. These substancesmay be the key of F.bidentis allelopathy.
