All the children underwent bronchoscopic biopsy (TBLB) andpulmonary high-resolution CT (HRCT) examination. the cellular profiles ofbronchoalveolar lavage fluids was measured by Induced sputum examination.in ninepatients, pulmonary function testing was measured in one patient. Results All patients had typical clinical Characteristics (TBLB) findings as follows:Peribronchiolar inflammation inflammation in13case (100%); bronchioles fibrosis in11cases (85%); epithelial cell necrosis in7patients (53%)ï¼›adjacent alveolar atrophy6cases (18%); HRCT findings as follows: Mosaic perfusion syndrome in allcase(100%)ï¼›bronchial wall thickening in3cases (23%)ï¼›scattered spots or patchyopacities in9cases (76%)ï¼›gas incomplete or consolidation atelectasis3cases (23%)ï¼›bronchiectasis in2cases (15%)ï¼› localized calcification in one cases (7%). Lavagecytology results of the analysis: increase of neutrophils in9cases (>38.0%), of whichseven cases were significantly higher (≥60%).13routine expenses fiber endoscopyShow endobronchial meningitis. A case had pulmonary function tests and the resultthat were consistent with obstructive ventilatory dysfunctionConclusion Peribronchiolar inflammation inflammation and bronchioles fibrosis on (TBLB) histological show is relatively characteristic to pediatric BO,combined withclinical and imaging findings, may be enhance the diagnosis and differentialdiagnosis. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | MMP-9, TIMP-1, BO, post-infectious, childrenBO, children, Histological biopsy, TBLB | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
