Intrahepatic bile duct stones is a common disease and refractory disease.Withthe development of minimally invasive techniques, choledochoscope and relatedgravel technology development has made important achievements in the treatment ofbile duct stones. Since2008the minimally invasive surgery centers of our hospital hasbeen treated intrahepatic bile duct residual stones with Ultrasonic Lithotripsy andElectrohydraulic Lithotripsy and achieved remarkable results. This papercomparatively studies the two kinds of Ultrasonic Lithotripsy and ElectrohydraulicLithotripsy in order to provide the choice treatment plan. Objective To explore the effects relative merits and clinical value of UltrasonicLithotripsy and Electrohydraulic Lithotripsy in treating intrahepatic bile duct residualstones. Methods All the patients have been accepted bile duct exploration and T tubedrainage, and still have intrahepatic bile duct residual stones. Retrospective clinicaldata of36cases used different method treating intrahepatic bile duct residual stones inthe minimally invasive surgery centers of our hospital from January2008toDecember2010,including the Ultrasonic Lithotripsy in16cases and ElectrohydraulicLithotripsy in20cases, comparing the operation time, blood loss, stone free rate, complication rate, length of stay, recurrence rate, which were performed by statisticalanalysis. Results The36cases were all success. The blood loss of the group of UltrasonicLithotripsy was less than Electrohydraulic Lithotripsy(P<0.05), while there was nosignificant difference for the two groups in regarding of the operation time, blood loss, stone free rate, complication rate, length of stay, recurrence rate(P>0.05).Conclusions Both two groups have the advantage of good efficacy and safety.Andthere was no significant difference for the two groups in regarding of therapeuticeffect. The blood loss of Ultrasonic Lithotripsy is less because of the less thermaleffect and relative lighter injury of bile duct tissue.... |
