| ObjectObservation of wear myopia defocus glasses reduce center before and after wearing glasses vision, diopter, axial length, anterior surface of cornea diopter and corneal thickness changes, combined with literature, to determine reduced paracentral defocus glasses to preventthe development of juvenile myopia effect.MethodsThe Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from2013toJanuary were randomly selected in2014February outpatient department of Ophthalmology fitting to reduce paracentral defocus myopiaglasses of60patients (120eyes), mean age (10.43±2.49) yearsold, including28male cases (56eyes),32females (64eyes). According to the review time length is divided into3months group (Agroup and E group),6months after the group (B group and F group),9months,12months after the group. Group A, group B, group C, group D were wearing glasses vision and measuring the diopter measurement, E group, F group were ocular axial length, anterior surface of cornea diopter and corneal thickness. Observation of Agroup, B group, C group, D group before and after wearing glasse s vision correction and change the diopter and group E, group F glasses before and after the ocular axial length, anterior surface of cornea diopter and corneal thickness.Results1. Wearing glasses vision: group A wearing glasses vision improvedin18.7%, remained unchanged in53.1%,28.1%in B group decreased visual acuity, wearing glasses vision improved in30.4%, remained unchanged in34.8%,34.8%in C group decreased visual acuity,wearing glasses vision improved in15.4%, remained unchanged in30.8%, decreased visual acuity of14eyes in group D,53.8%, wearing glasses vision improvement43.7%, remained unchanged in31.3%, decreased visual acuity25%.2. Diopter: diopter with spherical equivalent to measure. Group Awith3months after the spherical equivalent increased (-0.32+0.32)D, B group with6months after the spherical equivalent increased (-0.22+0.32) D, C group with9months after the spherical equivalent increased (-0.34+0.34) D, D group with12months after thespherical equivalent increased (-0.35+0.42) D. Compared with before wearing the differences were statistically significant (P=0.00, P=0.00, P=0.00, P=0.005).3. Changes of corneal anterior surface power3, respectively: the average corneal anterior surface corneal refractive power refractometer and topography to measure. The length of ocular axis changes: in group E with3months after the axial growth0.095mm, compared with that before wearing statistical significance (P=0), F group with6months after the review the growth of0.18mm, compared with that before wearing statistical significance (P=0).5. Changes of corneal thickness: E group with3months after the corneal thickness reduction of3.90um, compared with that before wearing statistical significance (P=0). Conclusion1.
