High performance liquid Chromatography analysis of Lovastatin and Lovastatin Acid in Natto Monascus Capsules.The Lovastatin acid standard was prepared by alkaline hydrolysis of the lactone Lovastatin. By optimizing the conditions of the sample preparation and chromatographic, A high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the determination of lovastatin and lovastatin acid in red yeast rice simultaneously.The content of Lovastatin Acid is1.3mg/g and the content of Lovastatin is1.1mg/g in Natto Monascus Capsules.We Confirmed the standard prepared by alkaline hydrolysis of the lactone Lovastatin standard was Lovastatin Acid by LC-MS.2. Determination of six kinds of Soybean Isoflavones in Natto Monascus Capsule by HPLC.By examining the different pretreatment methods and using orthogonal experiment,we determined the optimum extraction conditions of soy isoflavones in Natto Monascus Capsule. A HPLC method was developed for the determination of Soybean Isoflavones in Natto Monascus Capsule. The measured content of Daidzin〠Glycitinã€Genistinã€Daidzeinã€Glyciteinã€Genistein was respectively1.35mg/gã€0.22mg/gã€0.96mg/gã€0.17mg/gã€0.12mg/gã€0.25mg/g.3. Determination of Phosphatidylcholine in Natto Monascus Capsule by High Performance Liquid Chromatography Studying on the extraction method and the mobile phase, We developed an accurateã€rapid HPLC method to determine the quantity of Phosphatidylcholine in Natto Monascus Capsule and measured the content of Phosphatidylcholine was4.29mg/g.Part â…¡:Study on the function of reducing blood lipid in Natto Monascus Capsule1. The animal test of assisting blood lipids reduction functionUsing the disorders of lipid metabolism in rat model, after model established, therapeutic administration of the tested samples for45days, Measured of serum TCã€TGã€HDL-C at the end of the experiment. The results showed that, compared with the control group,the middle and high dose group could make the rats serum TC〠TG decrease and demonstrated the Natto Monascus Capsule had function of assisting blood lipids reduction.3. The human tasting test of assisting blood lipids reduction functionThe sample group Continuous administration of the Natto Monascus Capsule and the control group with placebo.After taking42days, The sample group of TCã€TG were lower than test before, decreased percentage were10.7%and23.3%. the sample group were lower than the control group, decreased percentage were10.7%and24.3%; TG efficiencyã€TC efficiency and total efficiency were higher than that of the control group.Thus, the Natto Monascus Capsule had function of assisting blood lipids reduction. |
