Objective: By (plateau) areas in qinghai Tibetan, han cirrhosis of the liver(hepatic cirrhosis) patients apolipoprotein A1(apoA1) and B100(apoB100) contrastresearch, clear different ethnic differences in apolipoprotein in patients with cirrhosis;Clear expression and significance of apolipoprotein. Providing a new method forqinghai area treatment of patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods: Will80cases diagnosed as liver cirrhosis (hepatic cirrhosis) ofpatients by the Tibetan and han two ethnic groups are divided into two groups.Tibetan observation group40cases, including women, men,15cases (average (42.20±3.32). Han observation group40cases,20cases with men and women, average(42.43±1.11). All subjects for posthepatitic cirrhosis of the liver decompensationperiod, including77cases of hepatitis b, hepatitis c in3cases. All tested objectaccording to the diagnostic criteria for liver cirrhosis clinical guidelines, both for2011and2013, the qinghai university affiliated hospital diagnosis of posthepatitic cirrhosispatients. Check one week before stopping influence lipid lowering drugs, and makesure not affect blood lipid hormonal drugs. Exclusion of respiratory system, endocrinesystem, digestive system, and other disease factors that affect the results. The other80cases of normal person, two divided by two Tibetan and han ethnic group. Tibetancontrol group40cases,23cases of men, women,17cases, the average (41.95±1.11).Han control group40cases,27cases of men, women,13cases, the average age(41.40±1.07). Han apoA1observationgroup (1.11±0.06) and apoB100(0.73±0.05) index significantly lower than the hannationality control apoA1(1.46±0.07) and apoB100(0.80±0.07), P <0.05, withstatistical significance. Tibetan group measured apoA1(0.70±0.05) and apoB100(0.49±0.06) index was lower than that in group han observation apoA1(1.11±0.06)and apoB100(0.73±0.05) index, P is less than0.05have statistical significance.Tibetan group measured apoA1(1.12±0.13) and apoB100(0.62±0.06) indexsignificantly lower than the han nationality control apoA1(1.46±0.07) and apoB100(0.80±0.07), P <0.05, with statistical significance.Conclusion: Apolipoprotein levels are significantly higher than han han andTibetan control group and observation group, Tibetan that is associated with cirrhosisof the liver, cirrhosis of the liver decompensation period because it is over, the liverover and over again for a long time, a wide range of inflammatory damage,degeneration and necrosis of liver cells and liver cells proliferation, nodules, causeliver function obstacle, the transformation of liver cell synthesis and secretion ofapolipoprotein ability, reduce serum apolipoprotein levels. Tibetan apolipoproteinlevels in vivo observation group significantly reduced compared to the han group,because long-term consumption of Tibetan high protein, high fat diet including beef,mutton, and zanba as staple food. Lack of eating fresh vegetables and fruits, vitamin,minerals and other nutritional ingredients must be physical consumption is less, dietstructure is single, a burden on the liver metabolism. Tibetan general life Yu Yushu,go luo, such as the Tibetan, the han nationality living conditions, high altitude, andoxygen for a long time. Would lead to liver function, increased blood flow tocompensatory, liver congestion and other symptoms, reduced the serumapolipoprotein levels in the body, the combination of cirrhosis of the liverdecompensation period, reduce in apolipoprotein levels further, fewer serumapolipoprotein levels compared to the han nationality. Tibetan group in apolipoproteinlevels lower than the han nationality in the control group, it may be hidden, han twodifferent national gene expression is related to money and time for the experiment, notgenetically determined, so the conclusion is inferred.
