As an important branch of biomechanics, Biomechanics has gone through100years instudying. However, the object of the study has been Compact bone instead of the mechanicalproperties of Cancellous bone, which was less developed. But recently, for the progressing ofclinical medicine, many important basic problems have to be solved,and the medical field isin the urgent need of the study of Cancellous bone. Take the age-related fractures and theartificial joint replacements in the orthopedic surgery as the examples, they have highrequirements on the mechanical properties of Cancellous bone.In this article, I will elect several micromechanical model of cancellous bone in pastresearch, and create the corresponding computer simulation model. Then I will use the dataobtained from the experiment about the viscoelastic model to thrust reverser several importantparameters and finite element’s Numerical Simulation by the computer finite element analysissoftware ABAQUS, it will be mainly divided into two parts:1.To study the loading stress of the model of quasi-static,and to observe the staticviscoelastic creep, relaxation phenomena of the cancellous bone;2. To research the strain of the model, and to observe the response hysteresis of thedynamic viscoelasticity in the condition of the alternating stress loading.
