Objective analysis of the main factors and ages to trigger DKA, and correlation withcourses; To explore the reasons and risk factors of DKA with myocardial enzyme abnormal,clear whether there is a correlation with uric acid.Method105patients were collected from ningxia medical university hospital fromJanuary2009to January2011in endocrine division. Analyze the causes of DKA with type2diabetes and the mainly age and courses of DKA. This studies were divided into three groups:group A:54type2diabetes DKA; Group B:44cases Ketos of type2diabetes group; GroupC: merely diabetes.Three groups of cases were studied retrospectively. In order to controlbetween various factors mutual interference effect, according to the single factor analysisresults, choose statistical significance and card square value close to significant boundariesrisk factors into the Logistic regression model, analyze the factors for unconditional more, toreflect the risk factors and the correlation of DKA.Results First,The main reason of105DKA is infection (53.33%); Not clean eating,drinking (20%) and stop using drugs (11.43%), no incentive (13.33%). Most of them fallen illat the age of30to49years old and60-69years old. the courses of <3month, accounted for34.29%. Second, Random blood sugar, glycosylated hemoglobin, and average days inHospital statistics in group A was significantly higher than that in groupB、C (P <0.01); Whiteblood cells, potassium, triglycerides, blood uric acid, creatinine in group A was significantlyhigher than that in group B、C (P <0.01), but sodium is significantly lower in group A (P <0.01); Cholesterol between the three groups was no statistically significant. Third, CK、 CK-MB、AST in group A were significant higher than group B and C,(P <0.01); LDH is nostatistical difference in three groups(P>0.05). Forth, With Myocardial Enzyme include CK、CK-MB、AST、LDH as the dependent ariable, a single-factor analysis of the differencebetween indicators as independent variables, multivariate Logistic regression analysis showedthat PH as risk factors for DKA.Conclusion1Infection and omission or inadequate dosing of insulin are the most commonprecipitants of DKA, needing regular self monitoring and treated inhospital promptly to avoidthe severe acute complications.2ADM should be paid attention in the process of diagnosis and treated, Adjust theinsulin dose timely,avoid the risk of hypoglycaemia.3Most of difference in Myocardial Enzyme with DKA is bound up with the degree ofacidosis(PH),and relevant to uric acid.4Myocardial enzyme for the abnormal in DKA is nonspecific muscle cell damage.
