Objective:To explore the effects of Soybean Isoflavone(SIF) on CD34 and Aromatase expression in rat Model with endometriosis(EMs).Methods:Fifty Wistar female rats in which endometriotic implants were induced were randomly divided into three groups, GroupⅠ(normal control group)、GroupⅡ(lowe-dose SIF), GroupⅢ(high-dose SIF),All rats of Group B and Group C continued to recive treatmemt for 12 weeks, and then were killed to compare the volume of ectopic tissue before and after the treatment, and for pathological analysis. HE stain was used to observe pathological changes of implants. The expressions of CD34 and Aromatase in the grafts were examined by immunohistochemical S-ABC method.Results:1. The implants’ volume:there was no significantly statistically difference between the normal control group and low-dose SIF groups (P>0.05), however, the volume of the high-dose SIF group was Significantly reduced (P<0.01)。2. Pathology changes:Campared with the control group, in the treatment groups, the thickness of gland epithelial cells became thinner and the cells became smaller, especially in the high-dose SIF group。3. Campared with the control group, the expression rate of CD34 was significantly decreased in treatment groups (P<0.05) and the high-dose SIF group was more significantly。4. Campared with the control group, the expression rate of Aromatase was significantly decreased in the treatment groups (P<0.05) and the high-dose SIF group was more significantly。 5. The expression of Aromatase was correlation with the expression of CD34 in rat Model with endometriosis(r=0.782, P<0.01)。Conclusion:1.CD34 and Aromatase were obviously up-regulate in ectopic endometrium tissues, which may play an important role in the migration and invasion of endometriosis。2. High-dose soy isoflavone has a significant degradation effect in rats model with endometriosis, which can inhibit the expression of CD34 and aromatase, weak the endometrial glands migration and interstitial growth in order to inhibit the occurrence of endometriosis and development by the anti-estrogen-like effect of high dose of soy isoflavones.
