The soil of Xinjiang is not only dry and loose,but also has weak ability for accumulation of water and protection of moisture.Traditional farming mode led to sorts of problems,for example soil nutrient declining,increasingly severe land degradation,dust storms running wild and so on.Land resources in xinjiang are abundant,but arable land accounts for only 6.54% of farmland, suitable for cultivation of oasis area is very limited. So both from the ecological protection and improving the production capacity of grain,it is imperative to study no-till seeding machinery then accumulates it promotion.This topic in view of the regional characteristics of Bingtuan,analyzed a mechanical type no-till planter that could satisfy the requirement of efficient planting.In this paper, the main research work has the following several aspects:(1)The structure of drive system of no-till seeding machine was designed,then calculating the theory of planting distance according to the design requirement.Combined with pneumatic and mechanical characteristics seed-metering device, this study adopted mechanical clamping device.A parallel four-bar profiling mechanism was designed,combined with the advantages and disadvantages of pieces opener and the double disc opener, a kind of composite opener was designed,and determined the structural parameters of the stubble cutting opener and double disk opener.(2)As universal joint cross shaft of machine transmission device,transmission of nonuniformity caused bearing vibration and spring pin fracture,so it needs to choose the appropriate installation Angle. Considering of the intermediate shaft flexible features, the rigid-flexible coupling multi-body dynamic model of double cross universal joints shaft was created,which based on the the rigid-flexible coupling theory.For three different angle between the axis of combination,dynamics simulation analysis was carried out on the model.According to the result of the simulation analysis,it is ?1 ??2 ?0?that adopted to achieve uniform transmission,then reduced the nonuniformity of power transfer.(3)Finite element analysis was carried out on the stubble cutting opener,the result showed that,the maximum equivalent stress was far less than the allowable stress of trenching equipment material and the maximum effect variable was much small,which could guarantee the quality of trenching work.when double disc opener disc cutting into the soil in an instant,it was calculated that stress and load distribution of the bottom, then static checking has carried on the disc.The results showed that it met the strength requirement.Modal analysis was applied to parallel four connecting rod profiling mechanism,then vibration mode cloud indicated the weak part,whichwas rod and back stent.To improve and optimize the apparatus,it showed that each order vibration amplitude has decreased.(4)In order to investigate the reliability of key components and work performance of machine,the field experiment was put into effect for the model machine.With orthogonal test,the key factors that A(The theory of seed spacing) and B(Working speed) was selected,which influences the seeder performance index,then found the optimal combination of factor levels.The results showed it was the machine best operation effect that seed spacing for 21 cm and working speed for 4.5 km/h.The experiment manifested that the breaking stubble furrowing effect was well and double disc opener can effectively remove residual straw,which could meet the job requirements.The wheel slip rate ? was calculated 6.10%.The field experimented attested that components could work normally with the no-till planting operation in the field and the machine was stable and reliable.The contour effect was ideal,which could guarantee the uniformity of sowing seed spacing and the sowing depth.
