| The frequent occurrence of food safety incidents caused by livestock products has caused serious harm to the national economy and the people’s health. Quality and safety traceability system can effectively control the quality and safety management, which has been widely recognized and vigorously promoted. At present, the application level of Xinjiang scale and standardized breeding and fattening science is low. Establishing a sound quality and safety traceability system can effectively ensure the quality and safety of food, improve the production efficiency of beef cattle in Xinjiang.In this paper, it takes the beef cattle as the research object, takes the breeding process as the starting point, studies Xinjiang beef cattle breeding quality and safety traceability system from four parts.The first part analyzes the development of quality and safety traceability system in recent years at home and abroad, as well as the related theories and key technologies. From the backgrounds, supporting policies and laws and regulations, the adopted ways and the standards and so on, introducing the implementation process of quality and safety traceability system in detail, summarizing and absorbing foreign advanced experience. It also introduces traceability system theory, HACCP(Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) system, the extended Petri net theory, RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) technology and database technology, which provides this paper theoretical basis and technical support.In the second part, the process of beef cattle breeding in Xinjiang was analyzed. From the introduction of beef cattle, feeding fattening to slaughter, it analyzes the whole business process of Xinjiang beef cattle breeding. introduces the HACCP system. According to the principle of HACCP system, the harm is determined, and the key points of the quality and safety of beef cattle are analyzed and studied, the control points are selected, the control points are restricted, and the control measures are formulated.In the third part, the beef cattle breed traceability model was built. According to the workflow logic net of Xinjiang beef cattle breeding farm, the beef cattle breeding workflow model based on extended Petri net is constructed, and the model is simplified and can be verified by the reachable tree. According to the traceability system of beef cattle breeding process, the traceability model of beef cattle breeding based on RFID was constructed. The model can realize the collection and processing of traceability information.The fourth part is the development and design of quality and safety traceability system. On the MyEclipse10 platform, with Tomcat8.0 as the server, JDK1.8.060 as the development environment, 5.6.24 MySQL as the database, designed and implemented the Xinjiang beef cattle breeding quality and safety traceability system. The system is based on B/S(Browser / server) mode structure system, which can realize the digital management of beef cattle breeding and the quality and safety of beef cattle can be traced back.Through the research of this paper, the quality and safety of the beef cattle can be traced back to the quality and safety of beef cattle, which is conducive to the management of the re processing and circulation of livestock products, to realize the information sharing in the supply chain, and to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. On the other hand, it is conducive to strengthening the quality supervision of animal products, to speed up the construction of quality and safety traceability system. |
