To clarify the genetic variation in sheep ZBED6 gene explore the correlation of genetic variation and sheep carcass traits ZBED6 major genes, the paper chose Xinjiang Altay sheep landraces and hybrids with Texel sheep(transverse F2 generation, backcross F2 generation two groups) of 225 individuals as the main object to sheep ZBED6 gene as a candidate gene, aimed at identifying the molecular genetic characteristics ZBED6 genes and the differences between the groups, the analysis of genetic variation selected carcass traits in sheep to evaluate their usefulness important production traits as molecular genetic markers selected sheep. The main contents and results of this study are as follows:1.Determination and factors influencing trial population Carcass Traits.Test measured 170 transverse F2 population and 55 backcross F2 population of seven major carcass traits, including carcass quality, back fat thickness, loin eye area, tail fat weight, carcass length, thick back muscles, back dorsi muscle mass.Comparison of different ways to affect hybridization carcass traits found transverse cross F2 populations eye muscle area was significantly larger than the backcross F2 population(P <0.05), transverse to the thickness of the back muscles of F2 was significantly greater than the backcross F2populations(P < 0.01), transverse to the F2 longissimus muscle mass was significantly larger than the backcross F2 generation(P <0.01), transverse end of F2 fat weight significantly less than the backcross F2 population(P <0.01), transverse to the F2 carcass length than the backcross F2 population of about 1.65 cm, close to the level of significance(P = 0.05), back fat thickness and carcass quality difference between the two hybridization groups was not significant(P> 0.05);Comparison of the effects of gender on carcass traits found Rams eye muscle area was significantly larger than ewes(P <0.05), back fat thickness was significantly greater than the ram ewe(P <0.01), compared with the weight of fat tail Rams Last ewe fat heavy 2.87 kg, close to the level of significance(P = 0.05), ewe carcass length was significantly longer than the Rams(P <0.01), carcass quality and gender, and the thickness of the back muscles longissimus muscle mass difference It was not significant(P>0.05).2.Sheep ZBED6 gene polymorphism. For whole genome ZBED6 gene for gene sequence 4000 bp, this study was designed five pairs of PCR primers sample size of 225 individuals DNA amplification, after the results of the analysis found two crosses in Z-2 primer sequencing populations are polymorphic, a mutation occurred C> T and A> G in C1723 T and A2095 G bases. The two mutations are synonymous mutation. The chi-square test, the genotype and allele distribution in two hybridization groups no significant difference(P> 0.05). Since the Z-1,Z-3, Z-4, the lower Z-5 two pairs of primers to detect the mutation frequency analysisobtained by the four pairs of primers are not suitable for further experiments.3.Correlation analysis ZBED6 gene polymorphism and seven major carcass traits.Through the 225 individual C1723 T and A2095 G two loci polymorphism genotyping ZBED6 information, according to the results of Experiment 1, considering groups and gender factors, using a general linear model 7 carcass traits and genetic polymorphisms ZBED6 of association analysis.Statistical analysis showed that these two sites and seven carcass traits no relevance. Are ZBED6 these two gene mutations and other carcass traits, the need to expand the number of samples and the rest of the carcass phenotype association analysis verified. This thesis Conclusion: The test selected local varieties of Xinjiang Altay sheep and225 ear tissue sample from an individual F2 generation Texel ZBED6 gene SNPs were detected, with seven of the group slaughtered carcass traits obtained by correlation analysis.Studies have shown that, ZBED6 gene coding region polymorphisms in the test group, the occurrence of a mutation C> T and A> G in C1723 T and A2095 G bases, genotypes and carcass traits of these two sites is not related. At the same time, the analysis in this study among the tested sheep populations and their impact on gender on carcass traits showed eye muscle area among groups were significantly different, fat tail heavy, thick back muscles, back longest muscle weight was significantly different.Wherein the transverse cross-F2-generation sheep population in eye muscle area longissimus muscle weight, muscle thickness aspect superior traits back backcross F2 populations, backcross F2 populations tail fat weight was significantly higher than cross-confessed sheep populations;gender inter eye muscle area, carcass length, back fat thickness was significantly different.Rams loin eye area than ewes, but back fat thickness greater than ewes. Thus, the transverse cross-F2 generation sheep sheep meat production to meet the related traits Breeding.
