The object of this study was seven kinds of common leguminous grass seeds, adopt various methods to find the best way to this several kinds of legume grass seed dormancy and study that treatment effects on seedling growth after germination; At the same time, explore the several kinds of legume seeds morphological characteristics, water absorption, germination rate and seedling growth after digestion, the main reached the following conclusions:1.After treatment, germination rate of various kinds of seeds were increased, but the best breaking methods and time is different in varies species. The most suitable breaking methods for Vicia tenuifolia is liquid nitrogen treatmented 2 min and 98% H2SO4 treated 15 min, germination rate respectively is 98%and 95%. 98% H2SO4 treated 10 min was the optimal breaking seed dormancty method for sophora alopecuroides and the 91% germination rates were abtained. 80 ℃ hot water treated 5 min was the optimal breaking seed dormancty method for Onobrychis viciaefolia Scop, the 90% germination rates were abtained.Cutting seed coat was the optimal breaking seed dormancty method for Medicago falcata vat.Romanina, the 95% germination rates were abtained.98% H2SO4 treated 1 min was the optimal breaking seed dormancty method for Hedysarum songaricum, the 87% germination rates were abtained.98% H2SO4 treated 5 min was the optimal breaking seed dormancty method for Hedysarum shandi dormancy, the 96% germination rates were abtained.Cutting seed coat was the optimal breaking seed dormancty method for Onobrychis micrantha’s,the96% germination rates were abtained.2.98% H2SO4 treated 15 and 20 min inhibits Vicia tenuifolia seedling root growth, liquid nitrogen treated 5 min facilitated the Vicia tenuifolia seedling growth.liquid nitrogen treated 1min facilitated the sophora alopecuroide seedling height, liquid nitrogen treated 3 and 5 min inhibits the root length of sophora alopecuroide.98% H2SO4 treated 3 、 5 and 10 min inhibited seedling height of Onobrychis viciaefolia Scop, and 98% H2SO4 treated 3 min facilitated the Onobrychis viciaefolia Scop root length, 98% H2SO4 treated 10 min inhibited the root length.98% H2SO4 treated 1 and 5 min facilitated the Medicago falcata vat. Romanina seedling growth, liquid nitrogen treated 1、 3 and 5 min inhibits the Medicago falcata vat.Romanina seedling growth.Cutting seed coat and liquid nitrogen treated 5 min inhibited Hedysarum songaricum seedling growth.Cutting seed coat facilitated the Hedysarum shandi seedling growth, liquid nitrogen treated10 min and 98% H2SO4 treated 10 min inhibited the Hedysarum shandi seedling growth.Liquid nitrogen treated1 、 3 and 5 min, 98% H2SO4 treated 20 min and 85 ℃ hot water treatedt 5 min inhibited the growth of Onobrychis micrantha.3.After sheep digestion, except in Hedysarum songaricum germination rate didn’t increase, the other 6 kinds of seed Vicia tenuifolia, sophora alopecuroides, Medicago falcata vat.Romanina, Onobrychis viciaefolia Scop, Hedysarum shandi and Onobrychis micrantha’s the best dormancy breaking time is after 12, 12, 36, 36, 24 and 36 hour digestion, respectively. As the digestion time lengthen each seed coat color deepened, after digestion kind of skin tissue structure of the stratum corneum disappear, such as barrier layer appeared gap obvious change.Hedysarum songaricum, sophora alopecuroides,Onobrychis viciaefolia Scop, Hedysarum shandi and Onobrychis micrantha’s corneous layer disappeared,Medicago falcata vat. Romanina martensite cell disappear, Hedysarum songaricum significantly loose thin cuticle.after digestion of 6 to 24 hour in most played a significant role in the growth of the seed seedling, after more than 36 hour inhibited the growth of the seed seedlings.
