| Jellyfish breeding was famous for its short period,low cost and high economic efficiency. In recent years, it is appeared a lot of problemswith the rapid development of jellyfish breeding, such as: lacking of artificial feed, frequent occurrence of diseases,unstableproductionby environmentalimpact. In order to search the sensitive environment factorswhich influence the production,this article detectedthe annual variation indicators includingwater quality, plankton, substratein different productionof jellyfish pond. Secondly,comparedthe moisture, amino acids, fatty acid content and composition in different growth periodsof jellyfish. Additionally,discussed the nutritional needs of jellyfish in different growth periods, and provided reference for developing artificial feed. The specific results were as follows: 1 Study on the effects of aquaculture pond water qualityenvironment in the jellyfish productionThe samples were collected from four jellyfish breeding ponds in Yingkou City, Liaoning Province. Five physical indicators including temperature, p H, salinity, transparency, water color, and sevenchemical indicators including ammonia nitrogen, nitrite, active phosphorus, nitrate, active silicon, dissolved oxygen, chemical oxygen demand of these samples were measured and compared to find the relationship between the jellyfish breeding pond water quality environmental factors and jellyfish production. The results show that transparency and water colorhad a close relation with jellyfish production, and other physical indicators had no significant correlation with jellyfish production. Ammonia nitrogen, nitrate, active silicon, dissolved oxygen, chemical oxygen demand had a close relation with jellyfish production, and other chemical indicators had no significant correlation with jellyfish production. Additionally, N/P,Si/N had a close relation with jellyfish production, and other water quality ratio indicators had no significant correlation with jellyfish production. 2Study on the effects of aquaculture pond plankton in the jellyfish productionThe samples were collected from four jellyfish breeding ponds in Yingkou City, Liaoning Province.The species and quantity of planktonof these samples were measured and compared to find the relationship betweenthe jellyfish breeding pond plankton indicators and jellyfish production. The results show thatthere was a close relationship betweenphytoplankton quantity and jellyfish production. Additionally, zooplanktonquantityalso had a close relation with jellyfish production, and other indicators had no significant correlation with jellyfish production. 3 Study on the effects of aquaculture pond substrate environment in the jellyfish productionThe samples were collected from four jellyfish breeding ponds in Yingkou City, Liaoning Province. Six physicochemical indicators including p H, salinity, sulfide, organic carbon, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, and six heavy metal indicators including Cu, Zn, Pb, Cr, Cd, Hg of these samples were measured and compared to find the relationship between the jellyfish breeding pond sediment environmental factors and jellyfish production. The results show that there was a close relationship between salinity and jellyfish production. Additionally, the content of Cu and Cr also had a close relation with jellyfish production, and other indicators had no significant correlation with jellyfish production. 4 Analysis on the nutrient compisition of jellyfish in different growth periodsThe jellyfish were analyzed on the nutrient compisitionin different growth periods by conventional biochemical method. The results show that in the three growth periodsthe moisture content of fresh jellyfish had no significant difference;The three growth periodsof fresh jellyfishwere each detected 16 kinds of amino acids.Seven kinds of essentialamino acidsexcept tryptophanwere detected in different growth periods which were eight kinds of essentialamino acids of human.And two kinds of semi essential amino acids also were detectedincludingarginine and histidine. The amino acidscontenthad difference in different growth periods of jellyfish. With the growth ofjellyfish, the content of amino acids were increased; The three growth periodsof fresh jellyfishwere detected 24, 21, 28 kinds of fatty acid, and the highest content of fatty acids were palmitic acid. In the three growth periodsthe fatty acids content of fresh jellyfish had difference.Fatty acid content of jellyfish(3~5cm) showed obvious difference with other two growth periods. The content of polyunsaturated fatty acids in threegrowth periods were 16.75%, 25.92% and 26.42%. The content of EPA+DHA were 4.79%, 10.11% and 9.78%. |
