| The construction of ecological garden city is one of the main goals in Weifang,the focus of urban greening are transforming landscaping, viewing into conservation and hommization.As an important part of urban green spaces,the road green spaces have formed a good amount of green appearances in Weifang.But there are still some bad phenomenones existing,such as the death of plants,low green rate, the same landscape and so on.The rationality of plant compositions, saving characteristics are still yet to verified.At present, the researches on the road greening plants in Weifang are limited to two main roads, and the systems of road greening lack comprehensive and systematic researches.Therefore, the study of the different characteristics of the Weifang city road greening plants and the analysis of the problems can play a role of reference.This dissertation has taken road greening spaces in Weifang as the research objects with the methods of general survey and quadrat. The scope of investigation included 112 roads,73 guidaning islands,17 parking lots. A total of 529 plots were researched.Firstly, the road greening index,community characteristics and spatial structures were analysed.Then the maintenance characteristics of different plants were counted in perspective of conservation-oriented garden.Finally, whether the road green plants have meet the needs of the crowds were discussed based on the crowds’demands. The main research results were as follows:1.All roads have already been popularize greening.But only 68.91% roads were up to scratch.2.There were a total of 180 species of plants used in Weifang road greening. In different ways,the proportions of arbors and shrubs, evergreens and deciduous trees, woody plants and herb species, were failed to comply with the overall planning of tree plan requirements in Weifang.3.90.18% of the horizontal structures of roadway greenbelts community were one belt type in Weifang, the structures were simple. For vertical structures,69.56% vertical structures of road greening were mainly composed of three-layer structures and four-layers structures in Weifang, the vertical structures was varied. The parking lots were less greening.4. On the basis of previous studies, the characteristic factor that affecting plant maintenance were determined.After calculation, there were only34.44% low maintenance species during all species in Weifang road green spaces.And during the plants of important value,there were only 44,44% low maintenance plants among 36species.Visible,the maintenance of plants was complex, and not saving.5.There were insufficients in meeting the needs of people of Weifang road green spaces.Plants can basically meet the physiological needs of pedestrian in the aspects of shading, cooling and other aspects; in the aspect of auxiliary traffic,it has a good effect of anti glare and traffic organization, but the application of plants in road green space have the characteristics of high similarity, the similarity was more than42.67% between different level roads and it leads to the poor identification.And parts of the road plants blocked the sight.The rhythm of plants landscape were almost identical with the theory scale of landscape.Only26.79%roads can meet the social contaction requirements during the roads invested in Weifang.The social spaces created by plants were less,and there was a characteristic of unfair.6.According the existing problems, the road greening should develop to the direction of sustainable, people oriented and the displaying of cultural in Weifang.And several improvement measures were put forwarded. |
