In order to analysis and evaluate irrigation water use efficiency of well irrigation area, investigate the irrigation water utilization under the present situation in well irrigation area. This paper chooses different irrigation methods to test irrigation water use efficiency in Tongliao City, analyzes and assesses water use efficiency and water saving potential of three dimensions in the sample irrigation district, irrigation district and the region. In addition, this paper carries out research on the effects of different irrigation methods on crop growth, with maize as the research object, devising three water saving irrigation methods test of low pressure pipe irrigation, drip irrigation under film and sprinkler irrigation. Under the same irrigation quota in the whole growth period, use the method of comparative analysis research on maize growth characteristics and growth index change under the condition of low pressure pipe irrigation, drip irrigation under film and sprinkler irrigation, can reveal the difference of maize growth process under different irrigation methods. The main conclusions are as follows.1. To carry out the special field trials measure effective rainfall, according to the calculation results of rainfall and effective rainfall, by using optimization method to fit point on the basis of rainfall and effective rainfall, and through the regression statistical method. Low pressure pipe irrigation is 0.807, drip irrigation under film is 0.891, sprinkler irrigation is 0.846 and well irrigation is 0.782 of Horqin District. Low pressure pipe irrigation is 0.811 and drip irrigation under film is 0.858 of Kailu County respectively. Based on water balance method to calculate the water use efficiency of Naiman Banner, Horqin Left Middle Banner, Horqin District and Kailu County Irrigation. Low pressure pipe irrigation is 0.812 and drip irrigation under film is 0.838 of Naiman Banner. Low pressure pipe irrigation is 0.881, drip irrigation under film is 0.908 and sprinkler irrigation is 0.8884 of Horqin Left Middle Banner. Low pressure pipe irrigation is 0.803, drip irrigation under film is 0.907, sprinkler irrigation is 0.860 and well irrigation is 0.778 of Horqin District. Low pressure pipe irrigation is 0.786 and drip irrigation under film is 0.890 of Kailu County respectively.3. Irrigation water use efficiency are respectively 0.799,0.832,0.813,0.803,0.823, 0.806,0.823 and 0.806 of Naiman Banner, Horqin Left Middle Banner, Horqin District, Kailu County, Kulun Banner, Horqin Left Back Banner, Zhalute Banner and Huolinguole City in Tongliao City. The present situation of irrigation water use efficiency of Tongliao city is 0.811.4. Status quo groundwater irrigation area in tongliao city is 640000 hm2.The water saving irrigation area is 300133 hm2, and in the rest 339867 hm2 traditional forms of irrigation are used. If all 339867 hm2 farmland is to be transformed into low pressure pipe irrigation, in the future, the 640000 hm2 irrigation area water can save 38.6 million m3 of Tongliao city. If transformed into sprinkler irrigation, it save 82.98 million m3. And if transformed into drip irrigation under film, it save 82.98 million m3.5. Different irrigation treatment on maize plants certain effects on growth indexes such as plant height, stem diameter, leaf area index, chlorophyll content and biomass. This paper analyses maize growth indicators in different historical periods by using SPSS software. The most significant difference is biomass. In the whole growth period, drip irrigation under film than sprinkler irrigation, sprinkler irrigation is higher than low pressure pipe irrigation, the difference of elongation stage is the largest especially, drip irrigation under film 46.74% above under sprinkler irrigation.98.81%higher than that of low pressure pipe irrigation, sprinkler irrigation is higher than low pressure pipe irrigation 35.49%. The second is the chlorophyll content. In the mature stage, the difference of drip irrigation under film and sprinkler irrigation is bigger, is 13.3%. In tasseling stage and mature stage, the difference of drip irrigation under film and low pressure pipe irrigation are larger, at 18.66% and 22.25%. In tasseling stage and mature stage, the difference of sprinkler irrigation and low pressure pipe irrigation are larger, at 11.65% and 7.9%. Other indicators of different leveled off. At last, the actual output of drip irrigation under film is greater than that of sprinkler irrigation by 2.85%, and greater than that of low pressure pipe irrigation by 7.83%, sprinkler irrigation is greater than that of low pressure pipe irrigation by 4.84%. Conclusion by above knowable, the three irrigation methods, drip irrigation under film best, followed by sprinkler irrigation, and finally low pressure pipe irrigation.
