| The paper intended to study the effect of functional amino acid on fetal growth and development of Erdos fine sheep in the pregnancy. The trials were divided into three parts.Part1 The effect of supplementation diet on ovulation rate in the Ordos fine sheep on the early breedingThe test selected 10 ewes in two groups which were divided on before mating. The grazing group(n=5) ad libitum pasture, supplementation group(n=5) were fed at feeding conditons daily basis twice a basis diet. And for supplementation group formulated two kinds of diets, respectively 30days and 15 days divided prior to before breeding, each feeding 15 days.7 day after breeding ewes ovulation check and record the number of ewes weight. The results showed that 1) The supplementation group ewes body weight compared to the grazing group in breeding weight was significantly higher(P=0.03).2) The supplementation feeding ewes ovulation rate higher than 28% grazing group.3) Diet fitness test analysis found 15days prior to breeding diet formulations to be more positive than the combined effects of 30days before mating, the compositon ratio of fast and slow pool close to 1:1.Part 2 The effect of the fetal growth and development of Ordos fine sheep on the early and mid pregnancy on adding different doses of N-NCG to the dietThe test selected 40 ewes who feed by grouping after mating. NCG1 group were fed the based diet and the NCG of 0.30g every day, NCG2 group the based diet and the NCG of 0.40g every day, the control group was based diet. On the 45th and 90th of pregnancy, the test ewes were checked and record the fetal body weight, organ weight and body length, at the same time, collecting the maternal and fetal plasma to measure the amino acid concentrations. The result showed three points. 1)On the 45th day of pregnancy, with the NCG dose increasing, Citrulline and Ornithine significantly higher in maternal plasma; Serine significantly lower in the amniotic fluid; Glutamine is significantly higher in the allantoic fluid. While on the 90th day, Arginine and Serine and Ornithine significantly high In sheep plasma, Methionine and Glycine was extremely lower;In the Amniotic fluid, Ornithine, Arginine and Glutamine was higher and taurine were lower; In the allantoic fluid, Threonine, Cysteine and Ornithine significantly high, Methionine low; In fetal plasma Alanine, Threonine, Arginine and Tryptophan, Citrulline, Ornithine and Taurine were high, Glycine, Cysteine and Methionine significantly lower.2) On the 45th day, the weight of the lungs and liver of fetal tissues and organs significantly increased with the NCG adding.3) On the 45th day, spermine and spermidine improved significantly in the maternal plasma, and spermidine improved in the amniotic fluid. Compared with the 45th day, Polyamine indicators were obviously increasing.Part 3 The effect of the fetal growth and development of Ordos fine sheep on the mid and late pregnancy on intravenous different doses of L-ArginineThe test selected 22 ewes. On the 90 day, the Arg1 group intraveous 115μmolArg-HCl/kg, the Arg2 155μmolArg-HCl/kg, the control group added the normal saline, three times every day. On the 115th and 140th of pregnancy, the test ewes were checked and record the fetal body weight, organ weight and body length, at the same time, collecting the maternal and fetal plasma to measure the amino acid concentrations. The result shows three views.1) On the 115th of pregnancy, with the Arginine dose increasing, Arginine and Ornithine significantly high In the maternal plasma; the Glycine and Ornithine significantly higher in the fetal plasma and Serine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine significantly lower; The amniotic fluid of Proline, Glutamine, Arginine and Ornithine were high and Serine and Histidine lower; Serine, Arginine, Proline, Threonine, Lysine, Glutamic acid and Ornithine significantly high in the allantoic fluid, Glycine and Alanine was significantly lowe. While on the 90th day, Arginine and Serine and Ornithine significantly high in sheep plasma,Glycine was extremely lower. In fetal plasma was significantly Orinthine high, and Glycine and Lysine were extremely lower. In the Allantoic fluid, Serine, Glutamate acid, Arginine, Lysine, Taurine and Ornithine were higher.2) On the 115th day, the fetal weight was significantly increased with the Arginine dose. While on the 140th day, the weight of the Liver and Perirenal fat weight were significantly increased with the Arginine dose.3) On the 140th day, the Spermine and Spermindine was significantly high in ewes plasma. The Spermine was significantly high in fetal plasma. The amniotic fluid of Spermine was higher. Spermine was significantly high in the allantoic fluid. |
