The yield dropped significanty when spraying 300g/666.67m Ye Li selenium-rich fertilizer on rice tillering, heading and filling stage continuously, but yield improved significantly when spraying300g/666.67m2 Ye Li selenium-rich fertilizer on rice tillering and heading stage. The measurement of spraying selenium fertilizer can result in decline of rice yield and biomass. organic Se fertilizer affect yield less and Ye Li selenium-rich fertilizer can descend yield significantly.2. The rate of polished rice increased significantly when spraying 300g/666.67m2 Ye Li selenium-rich fertilizer on rice tillering and the early filling stage and the Chalkiness rate dropped when spraying 300g/666.67m2 Ye Li selenium-rich every time. Brown rice rate and head rice rate improved significantly when spraying 300g/666.67m2 Ye Li selenium-rich fertilizer on rice tillering, the early and middle filling stage continuously. Brown rice rate improvedã€chalkiness rate dropped and starch content improved when spraying Se fertilizer.3. The selenium content in rice root, leaf, stem and grain increased effectively through spraying Ye Li se-rich fertilizer on rice leaf.Excessive amounts of selenium fertilizer will inhibit the selenium absorption of rice root and leaf. Less selenium fertilizer quantity, but more fertilization time can reduce selenium residue in rice stalks. Panicle and white rice with the selenium content of selenium content increases. F0ã€Fvã€PI all increased when spraying 150 g/666.67m2 selenium fertilizer on filling stage, F0 decrease, but Fm increase when spraying 300 g/666.67m2 selenium fertilizer. Spraying 150 g/666.67 m2 se-rich fertilizer on rice tillering stage can increase PI significantly. Spraying selenium-rich fertilizer cannot change rice Fv/Fm, Fv/F0. Selenium fertilizer can improve the activity of PODã€GSH-Px effectively, but make no difference to SOD activity.
